酒店的房間不是很大，但是露台卻出奇的大，房間風格屬於現代簡略，大堂的風格卻有點美式。房間設施還是挺新的。本來旁邊是電信大樓，應該挺出片，可惜去的時候正在裝修。服務的很到位，特別是一層的門僮，有問必答，非常熱情可愛。

I really enjoyed stay at this hotel. I was on father and daughter trip. Service, food, breakfast and terraza was excellent. Location also was very very good.

We had a great experience at Atico Restaurant at the top of The Principal Hotel in Madrid. Everything about the restaurant was outstanding from the view to the service to the drinks, but most especially the food from appetizers to dessert. The wait staff was so attentive and helpful. We went for lunch and the view of the Gran Via definitely adds to the experience! Prices are reasonable considering the quality, creativity, and the overall experience.

Centrally located right by Retiro Park and metro stops. It’s on Gran Via but entrance is slightly hidden away. The room service breakfasts were spectacular! I loved the terraza bar — charming olive plants and plenty of seats. Bar food was middling but couldn’t be too dissatisfied amid the pretty views and bright sun. Hotel staff were wonderful. Bed super comfortable and room was pretty quiet even though right in the middle of things. It’s an amazing value especially for those using usd. I’d return in a heartbeat!
