Some friends of ours had told us about this hotel. It was our choice to spend a few days before visiting the Canary Islands. The hotel is beautiful. Located in a quiet area a few meters from the main streets. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a superior room. The room was bright and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff was very friendly, however, they seemed poorly trained. Upon arrival we were informed that they could purchase tickets for us at any time. It was our surprise when we wanted to visit the royal palace and there were no tickets. At that point, the gentleman informed us that it would take a couple of days to buy the tickets (we had asked two days ago). We also asked for a place to have dinner and never got an answer. Despite these details, I would stay at this hotel again.
