We spent 6 days at this very charming hotel in the wonderful resort of Madonna di Campiglio. The hotel is real gem - in a great location, lovely staff, fabulous food, very clean and comfortable with lovely spacious rooms (if a little too warm at times, which seemed to be hard to adjust at individual room level). The restaurant is really good: excellent breakfast to fuel up for the day, then various choices across several courses at dinner. The reception staff were super-helpful also. We were lucky to be there in the week of carnival, which the hotel made a big effort with, as well as a special happy hour and apres-ski sweet buffet. On the last evening, they organised a small celebration for my birthday with a wonderful cake. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel and will definitely return! (also recommend the ski equipment shop they partner with, great customer service from Olimpionico)

Sono oltre 10 anni che soggiorniamo in questa fantastica struttura ed ogni volta ci stupisce sempre di più, dalla cura che i proprietari hanno per i dettaglia alla manutenzione della struttura (hanno appena ristrutturato il centro benessere) ed all'attenzione che ripongono per il cibo e le materie prime. Complimenti allo chef Ciro che ci ha deliziato ogni sera con dei piatti davvero eccellenti ed al pasticciere che ci ha invece deliziato a colazione e cena. Complimenti a tutto il personale di sala sempre cordiale, disponibile ed attento a tutte le esigenze dei clienti...un plauso ad Alin e Calogero.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti in questo hotel ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per quanto riguarda la posizione, veramente centrale, che per quanto riguarda la cortesia e l’ospitalità del personale. Quest’ultima è il vero valore aggiunto dell’hotel. Ciò che ci ha fatto innamorare del nostro soggiorno è stata la cucina ( colazione e cena). Nonostante la sala non abbia finestre sull’esterno risultando un po’ spenta, lo chef del ristorante riesce ad offrire una scelta di 4 primi e 4 secondi ogni giorno differenti, e, cosa non facile, di ottima qualità e gusto. A questi vanno aggiunti un buffet di verdure e di dolci. Anche a colazione grandissima offerta di dolce e salato ( preparato al momento) frutta e ogni altra prelibatezza vi venga in mente. Nonostante l’ albergo sia un po’ datato e le camere non siano chissà quanto spaziose il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. La vera forza di questo posto è il personale che ti fa sentire accolto e coccolato dall’inizio alla fine.
