L'hotel è bellissimo e pulitissimo. La spa é meravigliosa e molto pulita anche quella. Il personale é estremamente professionale, sempre pronto ad aiutarti ed estremamente gentile. Siamo stati lì in vacanza 5 giorni e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci

Hotel decisamente di prestigio Pulizia impeccabile,SPA fantastica,cibo di qualità,stanze all’ altezza dell ‘ hotel Rimane il dubbio sull’ assenza di intrattenimento ,sulla mancata mezza pensione e sulla tiepida accoglienza Comunque l’hotel e’ senza alcun dubbio tra i “top” dell’ intera valle.

Pour la deuxième fois, nous n’avons qu’une chose à dire : Accueil, chambre, petit déjeuner, personnel, localisation, wellness , tout était impeccable. Sans doute le meilleur hôtel de Madonna di Campiglio . En plus, de nouvelles installations qui lui permettent d’être au top.

Ottimo hotel e io a Campiglio ne ho provati veramente tanti per non dire quasi tutti. Direi di certo questo hotel è nell'elite. Colazione super. Sky SPA veramente fantastica con piscina esterna riscaldata con vista su tutta Madonna di Campiglio. Gentilezza del personale assolutamente insuperabile.

Cerana Relax Hotel is plain and simply a Fantastic Hotel. From the Location (Ski in / Ski out) to the Amazing and Exceptional staff you won't find a better Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio. We traveled from the U.S. to Ski and enjoy Italy. This hotel is 5 star and coupled with the recent renovations and the Spa, we were so impressed and Thankful. Don't think another minute, you must book and stay here!

An excellent hotel, the service is fantastic. New decorated rooms, two pools/spa areas, very good breakfast and gourmet dinner. Perfect location near the Spinale Gondola. You can walk 4 minutes or even ski in/out to the gondola. Parking at extra cost.

Bell’hotel a Campiglio posto di fianco alla cabinovia dello Spinale, si potrebbe dire quasi sci ai piedi attraversando la pista Direttissima al ritorno. Hall e reception che si raggiungono dopo una breve scalinata, ambiente accogliente diviso in salotto e bar; al bar ragazzi giovani e simpatici. Camere abbastanza ampie (per lo standard di Campiglio che non e’ ovviamente quello dell Alto Adige) e pulite molto bene. Proprietari smart e accoglienti. Piscina e idromassaggio al piano interrato un po’ obsolete, adibite a family spa. Spa adulti ricavata recentemente al quarto piano molto bella e funzionale; unico hotel a Campiglio ad offrire 1 augfuss in sauna, molto apprezzabile con persona preparata e appassionata. Non viene stranamente consentito di aggiungere la cena in formula di mezza pensione, a partire da un soggiorno in b&b, e questo forse è un appunto su cui si potrebbe migliorare, assieme all intrattenimento serale, un poco limitato per essere un 5 stelle e per i prezzi robusti. In ogni caso hotel dove si sta bene e da raccomandare.
