Excellent hotel, on the slopes, ideal for family skiing holiday. Food was very good, lovely new adults only spa on top floor with amazing views. There is a separate spa for families and a games room for smaller children. Gorgeous wood work throughout, large bar and lounge, and rooms were very modern and well appointed.

Great ski hotel. Very easy access to slopes. Rich breakfast buffet, dinners also very good, good amount of choice and everything done very well. Staff attentive and very friendly, service with a smile. Lobby, reception area very attractive, rooms spotless and with brand new bathroom. If you like your pillows soft, just ask at the reception, the default ones are hard but they do have soft ones. The sky spa on 5th floor is gorgeous. The only negative was the location of our rooms on the first floor, (ground floor for the back of the building where we were as the hotel is on a hill) that hardly got any natural light. You can’t see the sky from the rooms. 101- 102-103. Not a problem if you’ll only be in the room for sleeping.

L'hotel esteticamente è bello ma sin dall'arrivo vi sono state delle grandi pecche, innanzitutto il personale non è particolarmente gentile, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi le informazioni mentre ritengo sia compito loro. Per quanto riguarda la camera i letti erano scomodi (non positiva invece per la dimensione credo king size) ma il vero problema è stato sentire perennemente i rumori dei lavori in corso per la piscina, abbiamo soggiornato più notti e già dal primo giorno abbiamo chiamato la reception per avvertirli ma nonostante questo ogni giorno si è ripresentato il medesimo problema che continuavamo a segnalare, il personale non ha mai chiesto scusa nè ci è stato fatto uno sconto o proposto un cambio camera, oltre a questo problema che presumo sia stato risolto dato che la piscina è stata ultimata, segnalo anche il servizio ristorante, la colazione non abbastanza ampia (come possono mancare delle brioches alla crema in un 4 stelle?), a cena i piatti avevano gusti particolari, non sempre buoni e che certamente non incontravano le esigenze di tutti poi ritengo che i camerieri assillanti che ti disturbano mentre cerchi di fare conversazione a tavola non garantiscano un'esperienza piacevole.

Camera minuscola, pulizia discreta. Colazione non eccellente, direi deludente. La spa non rispecchia le aspettative, piscina panoramica niente di particolare. Per arrivare al servizio di un cinque stelle deve ancora lavorare tanto.

Bellissima e confortevole struttura accanto agli impianti di risalita dello Sfinale; quindi ottima soluzione per gli sciatori ma comunque appena defilata dalle folle. Stanze confortevoli e silenzionse ; anche quelle con vista sul bosco ci hanno offerto la visione incantata della neve e di un habitat rispettato ed intatto . Molto molto bella la SPA all'ultimo piano con vasca riscaldata all'aperto e curatissimo ambiente biosauna,sauna e bagno turco; menzione anche al centro estetico con ottime professionalità. La ristorazione merita davvero una menzione speciale ; ogni sera un menu diverso,curato in tutti i dettagli con accurata presentazione dei piatti .Lode allo chef Mirko Cecere. Anche quest’anno tornati al Cerana e come l’anno scorso esperienza magnifica, tutto perfetto dall’accoglienza, alla pulizia, al ristorante con camerieri super professionali e una qualità e preparazione delle pietanze da ristorante stellato. La nuova spa solo per adulti é bellissima e permette ai bambini di godersi la piscina in quella che è diventa la spa per famiglie. Sicuramente torneremo anche l’anno prossimo

excellent in all the aspects. the location the hotel the staff. Every one from the staff did everything to make our stay unforgettable and they succeed. From the parking at -1 to the beautiful unique spa on the 5th floor. The restaurant teem is very friendly and do there best to find for us alternative if we wanted some different dish.

Hotel meraviglioso. Servizi eccellenti, cibo super buono, dalla colazione, alla cena. Accoglienti e gentili tutti quanti! Stanze super fornite e sempre pulite. Davvero super consigliato sia in coppia che con amici che con bambini! Spero di ritornare presto
