Struttura ai limiti della decenza. Impianti obsoleti, gli ascensori, gli infissi, gli arredi tristi testimonianze di un passato glorioso, ormai molto lontano. Persino la colazione con ingredienti di seconda scelta. La gestione corrente non ha neanche tolto i cartelli “Club Vacanze”.

Partiamo dalle foto pubbliche che probabilmente sono state scattate qualche giorno dopo l’inaugurazione, dal vivo ora è quasi fatiscente. Non parliamo poi dei corridoi e delle stanza che come unica nota positiva ha la vista, per il resto no comment. Nella stanza non c’è la possibilità di regolare la temperatura i mobili sono dei primi del ‘900(e non è un complimento) pulizia ne parliamo. La cifra pagata non si avvicina minimamente ad un albergo 4 stelle, aggiungo i 20€ giornalieri per il parcheggio che sommati ai 350€ a notte…….che dire ho dormito la prima notte e me ne sono andato (avevo prenotato per 3 notti).

Tired hotel , in need of investment. Very old fashioned . Standards are poor, and cut costs wherever they can e.g. no free Wi-Fi, furniture from 1970’s , jacuzzi in swim area not heated, charge for parking even though garage is empty, The whole place feels desperate against all the other local options. Good location near Spinole Lift , if only someone had 10m to spend …..

Struttura decadente e non manutenzionata. Le stanze sono vecchie ed anche gli impianti: gli interruttori della luce non avevano le placchette. La colazione molto scarna come varietà, oltre i soliti cornetti congelati, torte diverse solo nel colore. Il deposito sci veramente fatiscente, sul fondo dell'armadietto una bacinella con l'acqua dentro (neve sciolta). Neanche un bollitore (cosa che si trova anche in un semplice bnb) nelle stanze.

soggiornato con famiglia dal 6 al 12 gennaio 2025. premesso che le potenzialità della struttura sarebbero da TOP se solo la stessa ricevesse la dovuta ristrutturazione. Infatti si tratta di una bellissima struttura, nel centro del paese e con tutti i servizi vicinissimi, ma evidentemente datata. Pulizia delle camere nella media. Mangiare ottimo un pluso agli chef. Ogni giorno pietanze diverse, abbondanti e molto buone. Ottimo più che altro il servizio ai tavoli della sala pranzo/colazione davvero tutti/tutte super gentili, disponibili e molto cortesi. Una menzione speciale per il cantante Victor che la sera intratteneva con piano bar!! Esperienza da ripetere

Siamo tornati anche quest’anno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posizione fantastica in centro e che consente di raggiungere in cinque minuti a piedi tutti gli impianti di risalita. Cibo non raffinato ma buono. Noleggio sci interno. Intrattenimento tutte le sere con piano bar e animatori. Camere pulite e personale super gentile. In riferimento alle due recensioni molto negative che ho letto e che a mio avviso andrebbero verificate e tolte perché non vere riporto la mia opinione. La struttura è antica e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata ( segnalo che il teatro all’interno è storico e molto bello) ma esattamente come nelle foto quindi non è una sorpresa ( mi chiedo se qualcuno prenota ancora una vacanza senza guardare le foto della struttura!!!) . La struttura datata permette di avere un rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono( vedendo i prezzi di altri hotel a madonna di Campiglio) . Nulla da dire sulla professionalità e cortesia del personale sempre sorridenti, professionali e disponibili. Super consigliato per una vacanza non di lusso ma con un ambiente famigliare e soprattutto comodo per una vacanza attiva sulle piste da sci e una camminata in pieno centro, unica nota negativa: Non è aperta la spa.
