Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madisonville

This booking didn't specify that it was in another state than what I needed to book for until AFTER booked and showed in my receipt email. When I contacted support and explained, a refund request was sent and denied. This was almost a $100 booking that I was told was not getting back. Well, I will not use this service anymore and will warn others to make sure they read every little detail and not to expect customer support to be of any help if something goes wrong here. Very disappointed.

Room was water damaged in ceiling, Musty, no soap or tissue in bathroom, room locks were damaged and we were underwhelmed by the staff

The room smelled strongly of **** and the smoke detector was covered with a trash bag. Shower had mold all around d it and the walls were covered in hair. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Spend more money and stay somewhere else. Also, FYI pet fee of $10/night which wasn’t mentioned when booking.

When planning this trip for Valentines day we searched Wyndham locations in Madisonville and found the Days Inn. The location was perfect, the price was on the low side, perhaps an indicator. We found the property and room clean, but the room needed some repairs. The breakfast choices were good.

There were yellow stains on towels and pillows, toilet did not flush correctly and there was no warm breakfast, nor coffee available as mentioned when checking in. TV connection box was behind the TV, so you had to stand only at a certain spot to change channels or adjust volume!

Very nice Spot, eating places all around you. Beds were very comfortable. Felt very secure and safe. Easy access to get to right off the highway. Buckees right across the street!!! Very well lit parking area.

List of standards not met SHOWER/BATHROOM 1. No non slip in tub 2. No soap dish holder or shelves 3. No rail or support system for different ages, disabled, or impaired 4. Toilet not fixed down 5. Toilet seat not fixed down 6. Toilet paper holder broken 7. Shower pipe to shower head cracked and has tape for leak. 8. Water damage above bathtub 9. Door has damage 10. Room phone doesn’t work 11. Vent for bathroom not installed 12. Slight mold The biggest reason I am writing this review is because my spouse slipped in the shower and was bruised pretty bad because there was nothing to grab on to or brace with. Corporate needs to help this establishment to look better. Hospitality is nice but this room needs attention. Room has been redone but not remodeled. Need extend parking lot for truck/semi drivers.
