This was last minute stay as we were traveling home. We called on our way and they were able to get us a couple rooms. They were pretty booked. We arrived and the staff was very friendly and gave us recommendations for dinner as we were late in the evening. This place was very clean and friendly. It is out behind a fueling station and close to the interstate, but it was quiet and we did not hear any road noise when we were there. They had a pool which we used. The breakfast was good - plenty of options from oatmeal, to waffles, to fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and potatoes or cold cereal and yogurt. Check in and out were simple and the rooms were spotless.

Friday my Wife and I arriving to the Hampton inn around 9 pm in room #304 with loud music play between Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn in Holidays Inn parking lot with a lot of motorcycles and people drinking and partying. I called down to the front desk to see if we can be moved to the other side of the motel and we were told that they were booked up and they were in the process of trying to get the music turned down. About a half hour later the music stopped but the sounds of motorcycles continued thru the night. The next day we went to a wedding and after wards visited our 2 Sons because one had a birthday. When we arrived back at the motel for the 2nd night stay around 7:30 pm the music was loud again and once again I called down to the front desk and the manager said he didn’t hear any noise so I asked him to come to our room and listen for himself and he did and also brought a person the represented the group having the party from second brigade MC US Dirty Monkey 440-479-2211. I brought him to our window and showed that the speakers were right below our window and still loud, the manager said he couldn’t do anything about it and couldn’t move us because they were booked up and the Representative from the party said according to the noise ordnance they didn’t have to turn down the music till 10 pm and I said I need to go to bed now because I had a early morning travel. No one said anything about the party that was going to be happening when we booked the room and they could have moved us the next day when other people checked out.

This was my fifth stay at this hotel and it NEVER disappoints. I must be the #1 Hampton Inn in the brand. The team, which is outstanding cares about this hotel. Look at the details..... Immaculate, well-maintained and an outgoing team make the difference. This time, I had great interactions with Jessica at the front desk, the bartender (yes...this one has a full bar!) and the GM, Gloria. They went above and beyond to help us on our stay.

Second time staying at this property and everything was great! I never met a friendlier staff at a hotel…from the moment we checked in every time we passed a staff member we were greeted with a smile and a kind word. The rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend!
