This is the worst Hyatt House I have ever stayed at! It is simply a domestic version of the 7 Days Inn chain. There are no other toiletries except the three essentials (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner).
Even if the water in the hotel is boiled, you cannot drink it. It has a strange smell, as if you are drinking disinfectant water, so you have to buy water for drinking water after staying in the hotel for a few days.
A small, not very valuable handicraft I brought was also missing. Since it was just a small gift, I didn't bother to negotiate with the hotel.
In short, this is simply not the quality that a Hyatt brand hotel should have.

Wonderful lodge with spacious comfortable rooms, an amazing pool and lovely grounds. Rooms were spotless and valet staff were amazing.

Peaceful stay with all required facilities. The room was clean and well maintained, specially the kitchen was equipped properly. The staffs at the reception were friendly addressing all required inquiry with smile.

This hotel was spacious rooms but the carpeting, couch, furniture and bedding is old and run down. There are no up to date ports for USB, or C chargers. There were traditional plugs and fortunately I brought the old fashioned plug with me. You have to do squats to use the toilet as it is set very very low.

Didn’t get to use the grills. Couldn’t even go swimming. Plus they still haven’t released my $100 deposit and it’s been 2 weeks now.

Very Poor Service and Bad attitude of the reception personnel. Condition of the rooms are old. Price is too expensive for what the hotel actually is.

Every year for Dark Force Festival, I intentionally stay at the Hyatt, which is next to the venue, because of the comfort, quiet, quality, and friendliness of staff. It’s always clean, which is very important to me. I feel rested and rejuvenated each day to continue onto the convention. It’s also not too far from other things and places to do in the area.
