Wish the weather was nicer but excellent service and great place for a girls trip!

From the moment I pulled up to the hotel my experience was outstanding. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, especially Michael at the front desk. My room was spacious and looked out on the sound. My friends an I had several meals at the hotel and enjoyed them all. But the most surprising treat was they fully charged my electric car. We plan to return on our “girls trip” next year.

The Madison Beach Hotel is a gem nestled along the shoreline in beautiful Madison, CT. The hotel is extremely clean, elegant and situated directly on Long Island Sound with sandy beach. What really makes this place special is the truly remarkable staff. Wahied at the front desk made our 25th wedding anniversary so special, making us feel like we were his top priority at every turn. He sent us a bottle of Prosecco and gave us fantastic advice on local attractions. Wahied is a true professional and kind person who sets the tone for this highly impressive property. We cannot say enough good things about him and, frankly, every staff member we encountered including the beach, restaurant, valet parking and housekeeping teams. The Wharf restaurant offers delicious food and is quite reasonable. The Spa is world class. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!! We will be back for sure and look forward to seeing Wahied, Matthew and the entire Madison Beach Hotel team. Thank you!!!

The staff at this property is phenomenal. So extremely attentive and willing to help with any situation! This hotel is becoming one of favorite properties because of how welcome I felt during my stay.

Had a great time last year. However this year they ruined my 4th of July. I get to the beach before noon only to be told NO UmBrellas can be used it's too windy and a liability. No wind in site. Also a wedding here later so that could be why they are extra careful. However, tell me when I pay $1000 a night that one of my beach days will be RUINED!! I'm fair and have had issues with the sun . Not everyone can sit without an umbrella. I ve stayed in many upscale resorts on Cape Cod and this was never an issue. I'll have to find a new place to spend 4th of July next year: Too bad my fronds were going to join a next year.

We had a wonderful stay at the Madison Beach Hotel. It is an upscale hotel with a beautiful view and impeccable service. The Deluxe King room that we had was clean and comfortable, if a bit small. When in the room, tho, we spent most of our time on the balcony which was terrifically pleasant. Given the price of the rooms at the hotel, I recommend two improvements : 1) the beach deserves newer furniture since what is there is definitely showing its age and is not particularly comfortable, and 2) the cost of parking is exorbitant ($20/day), especially since you don’t have much of a choice but to park in their lot and the state of Connecticut adds a 15% “occupancy tax” on the parking as well as the room. I felt captive to that expense so maybe it should be absorbed into the (already high) price of the rooms. At least I won’t feel it as much!
