Great Graduation Weekend
We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family catching up. This house is a beautiful older house and the property manager was so helpful! Highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Weekend trip to Madison
The location was great, we were able to walk to dinner both evenings as well as the Main Street shops and wineries. We also spent a morning at Cliffty Falls state park just a few minutes drive away. Parking on the street was easy and there was plenty of space for 3 cars we brought for our trip birthday trip.

Kentucky Derby
My family and I went to the Kentucky derby. We found that it was much cheaper to stay in Madison Indiana. We found this rental house that was in the historian district and it was an absolute amazing place to stay. Our host David was awesome. He was very helpful on everything we needed. Will definitely come again to stay.

Great 2nd Stay
We enjoyed our second time staying at this lovely house. Our host David is always very responsive and helpful, and the location is just perfect...my girlfriends and I are able to walk just about everywhere.

Would give 10 stars if possible
Four 60+ ladies, friends for 50 years, stayed for the weekend to attend the annual tour of homes. Everything about this property was perfect for us. Had one little problem with not being able to get a bathroom door open (no one trapped inside or anything). Contacted the owner, he immediately responded and the problem solved within minutes. Location to shopping, wineries, restaurants, and the river just a short walk. The home has so much character and all the amenities that anyone could need. We hope to return for another “old ladies” weekend soon and will definitely stay at the same location.

Great place to stay in Madison!
I reserved this home for a surprise weekend for my wife's birthday along with 6 of our friends. The home was beautiful and the owner very thoughtful of our needs, including a dozen excellent donuts delivered to the house our first morning! The location to downtown is excellent as well, and on a street that isn't too busy. We would definitely stay here again!
