Days Inn by Wyndham Madison

Stayed in room 113 on July 4, 2025. On arrival, check in was quick and easy. Once in the room, found that there were no bath towels. Called the front desk and two were delivered. In the bathroom the floor was dirty, there was a brown stain (or something) on the shower curtain, what appeared to be dirt or mold at the bottom of the tub at the floor and the toilet paper holder was broken. In the room itself the floor felt sticky under my feet, the upholstery on the chair was worn out and torn , the security chain on the door was missing, covers to electrical outlets were missing and there were stains on the ceiling In the dressing area the plug to the sink was missing . Be careful with small items around the sink. The breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was in a thermos because the coffee machine was out of service, there was no cream or sugar for the coffee. The appearance of the breakfast items was very unappetizing. One of the worst motel experiences I have had in a long time. In the dressing

Did not like anything! Looked like a place for transient people if families. Roaches in room that we had to kill. Black mold line the shower, trash cans over flowing in the hallways, paint peeled from everywhere. Absolutely disgusting and the worst I have ever seen! It should be shutdown!

Run down The rooms are out dated. The coffee pot was missing everything. When I checked in she could not find my reservation and when she did she had someone else drivers license attached to it. Gave me another room but the keys did not work then wanted me to go to a room where the people were smoking **** outside. The 3 room had dirty towels and broken a/c ripped up chair and curtains. Dusty. For the amount of money that is paid from each guest these should be taken care of. I told informed the front Desk which did not seem to care.

Nice try to improve the facilities but needs better cleaning Comfortable bed!

People out side our room till after 12:00 talking , hostess was not polite , chairs were old and dirty in our room . Realized we are not “days inn” people
