Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent view, excellent pool

Pros: The hotel looks nice and has a great view and seemed to offer plenty of activities. We were a group of 3 and were able to book two connecting rooms, which they call a family room and we each had our own bathrooms.  Cons: The hotel booked us a 4 pm taxi to go to Aswan, despite some of them knowing that there is a 6 pm curfew for tourists, so we were blocked by police from leaving Luxor after driving for one hour. We were supposed to spend 2 nights in Aswan and this left us with nowhere to go. We lost money of the taxi, which we still had to pay, as well as our booking in Aswan, which was paid for already. When we got back to the hotel to find out what can be done about this misinformation and situation they put us in, the hotel manager did not only not offer an apology but also was completely uninterested in speaking with us (he was not present), took zero responsibility for the incident and instead offered for us to then pay for a room for another night at a higher price than what we could find online. He obviously leaves his staff to manage all difficulties by themselves, and even though they are more understanding, does not offer any customer service himself as the one with the power to do so. Additionally, the staff found my passport in the room hours earlier and no one contacted me the entire day to let me know I had left it. When I realised and went back for it, they took more than 30 minutes to bring it to me and then blamed me for leaving it and saying that’s why we were late for the taxi and got blocked from leaving Luxor. The absolute worst experience I’ve had with any hotel as a lifelong traveler. I would never stay there again, even for free, and I would suggest the staff members who are good quality to find work elsewhere. 0/10 Do not recommend.

It's our second stay at this hotel. very nice location .we like the infinity pool. My child had lots of fun petting the animals at the mini zoo. The food is nice, they have several restaurants , we liked the Italian restaurant and the lounge near the reception. We enjoyed having chicha at sunset with the beautiful river view. We took a felucca from the hotel for 1 hour and a half in the Nile and we stopped at a banana island. It was nice and the price was affordable.

I’d give it zero star if I could. I had a really terrible experience at this hotel. I stayed one night here and wanted to book another, so I checked the price and found a lower rate online. But they tried to charge me an extra $25 just to check in again. It felt incredibly rude. I asked to cancel my reservation, but they wouldn’t refund my money. It honestly feels like a scam. I felt stuck and super frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all—be careful for hidden fees and awful service. Just not worth it! Btw, it took 30mins to check in when I got there first time. 整个酒店服务都非常不专业，早上就有人敲门问什么时候退房，大堂接待态度很傲慢。 另外携程不作为，拒绝退款。

Come on, you will be addicted to chasing stars here, chasing stars all night. The room is very big, the hotel is more than 400, the environment is so good, it is more comfortable than those all-inclusive hotels I stayed in Hurghada. Those all-inclusive hotels always feel crowded, but here may be isolated on that island, very very quiet. There are Japanese restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. The front desk booking of the hot air balloon is 65 euros, and it may be cheaper outside.

I am very satisfied with the place where I stayed this time, although the hardware equipment is old. But the scenery is very beautiful! Next to the dining spot is the Nile River. The swimming pool maintenance and the food in the hotel are quite delicious, and there are many choices! Our room was on the second floor of the villa and was very clean. The hotel is on a small island and you have to check the trunk when you drive in. The hotel is very big and it takes a long walk to the restaurant, but the scenery is very good, like in a park, and walking in the hotel makes you feel very good! !

On an island in the Nile River at the southern end of Luxor, there are all one-story holiday villas. The whole is like a garden, with various facilities relatively complete. You need a shuttle bus to take your luggage there. The breakfast by the Nile River is still very interesting. The room is large and quiet, a good place to rest. The service is also very good and in place.

It's pretty good. The hotel is located on an island in the Nile River. It's very large, and it's 2,300 meters from the beginning to the end. After taking a taxi to the front desk to complete the check-in procedures, it's no longer possible to walk to the hotel gate.

Facilities: The room is large but the facilities are old. There are no disposable items in the room, which is inconvenient. The rest of the equipment is OK. The hotel is close to the Luxor Temple and the hot air balloon dock. Tried three of the four restaurants. The buffet restaurant is the most common Egyptian hotel configuration. Anyway, it is not delicious but not unpalatable. The Italian restaurant was disappointing. I went there with high expectations, but the efficiency was slow, the dishes were wrong, and the taste was not Italian. In the end, I didn't want to give them a tip. The Asian restaurant was unexpectedly delicious. The fried noodles were very tasty. The restaurant manager also gave us chopsticks, which was very considerate.
