If you are seeking a break from your busy city life and want to listen to the bird chirping and fresh air, this is the place. Right in the middle of the coffee plantation, the place provides a scenic view, a peaceful environment, and nature's closest experience. The host is very friendly and will guide you for everything. Though the place is slight away from madikeri town, but you won't regret staying a min here. It is well connected with an auto on a call and food delivery through app. A strongly recommended place.

Rooms are new but view is not available due to property is in the back side of enother hotel. Property location is good. Resturant not available. Need to bring food from outside. For breakfst also you need to।go outside. Shortage of staffs. Housekeeping is pathetic. I have seen only one staff for everything. Although they are taking money for breakfast but ony Dosa and Idly is available to serve, that too they bring it from otside hotel.

Room is ok but complimentary breakfast is waste of money because the restaurant itself down to the hotel not connect with the hotel, breakfast is just one plate that too 3 idly for that we have paid 400rs, so, don’t add complimentary breakfast, better can go with the stay in the room in hotel

GGuest UserWe stayed in this property for 3 days.The place is spacious and very clean….,we were hardly given any choices for vegetarian breakfast.Also when the key was not handed over to the reception on the second morning,the apartment was opened without our consent for cleaning.This is not acceptable and the person incharge should understand that without permission,entry is forbidden.The basic need like drinking water and towels unless asked were not provided.Also the television in the room is of a laptop size with hardly any channels subscribed.To sum up,there is a lot of scope for improvement.

GGuest UserThe hotel was located at a good place which was easily accessible and was near to the city market and other tourist spots which helped us to reach those places easily. The room was very neat and clean and well maintained. It had all the facilities like TV, AC, Wifi, Geyser, etc. The staff was very welcoming and supportive whenever we needed any help. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was kind of okay and could be improved a bit. In overall, my stay was pretty nice and I would like to visit this place again.

GGuest UserThe location of the property is very good, just as the name says it is at the edge of a cliff with mesmerizing view of the scenery especially early in the morning and in the evening. The location is just 7 mins away from the main madikeri market and is very close to raja seat. Even ab-bi falls is not too far from the place. The breakfast menu has good south indian delicacies and the service is also good. Rooms are spacious with ample lighting because of the full glass windows and balcony. However, the bed is not so comfortable to sleep and makes creaking sounds. Hot water is available 24 hours in the bathroom. Room service is also good and the staff is quite polite and helpful. Wifi connection is very poor and there are no amenities like indoor or outdoor games or swimming pool in the hotel. Overall i would give it a 7/10 rating mainly for the view, calmness and friendliness of the hotel staff.
