Our booking was initially denied by the property holder. We had a lot of struggle getting it clarified that we booked from trip.com and already paid for it and got the room hours later.

The following is the feedback I would like to give regarding the stay. 1) Too much of fungus in the room on all Beds and Closets (Not cleaned). Refer attached photos 2) Room was having damp smell. 3) Big spider in room (Attached Photo). 4) Walls not maintained properly and water leaking from wall (Attached Photo). 5) Lobby/Entrance area was having too much of dust and wood pieces (Attached Photo). 6) Had stay for 2 days but room was not cleaned after 1st day stay. 7) Very Poor quality bedsheets and blankets. 8) Room located in residential area with no access to shops and restaurants if the guest is without own vehicle. 9) Local people in the area also adviced to park vehicle at own risk as there is danger of theft.
