Staff is quite warm and welcoming. Place is well maintained. The only spot which i missed at this property was the rooftop dining place and their cute restaurant, couldn't make it as got too tired and slept early. M sure they must be amazing too.

We have stayed for two nights at hotel Blue heaven situated about 1 km away from Madhupur junction railway station. The behaviour of the hotel manager and stuffs are good. Room cleanliness is average. Water basins were bad and difficult to use. Other facilities like free wifi, room service was very nice. Overall experience is good.

We are senior citizens so wanted a comfortable and quiet stay. The hotel provides the same with due care and concern. The commitment of each employee for the betterment of services is exemplary.
