hotel ginger is ready to give partial refund @60 percentage of amount..and they have also confirmed this on call
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your [Ginger Hotel, Madgaon station- Goa], where I had booked a room for my honeymoon. (Booking Bill attached for your ready reference) Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations, and I believe a partial refund is warranted due to the inconvenience caused.
Essential amenities such as a hairdryer, room slippers, dental kit, shower cap, and other necessary items were not initially provided in the room. Despite this being a 3-star hotel, I had to raise the issue and argue to have these basic necessities delivered to us. This was both frustrating and embarrassing, especially during such a special occasion.
Dinner was also not up to the mark, as we have taken package plan with stay.
The delay and lack of readiness on your part disrupted what was meant to be a memorable and comfortable stay. The stress caused during this time is unacceptable, and I strongly feel the service provided did not align with the standards expected of Ginger Hotels.
I kindly request a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused during my honeymoon stay. I trust that Ginger Hotels values its guests and will address this matter promptly.
