Hotel przepięknie położony,pokoje czyste i pachnące,widoki z hotelu zapierają dech w piersiach,i najważniejsze-na lobby bar obsługa kelnerów niezastąpiona,organizacja pana Giannis i Emmanela przecudowna ! Jakbym mogła zabrała bym tą parę barmanów do Polski gdyż w żadnym barze i w restauracji w Polsce nie zaznałam tak przemiłej ,życzliwej ,sympatycznej i kochanej obsługi! Uwielbiam tych ludzi! Polecam to miejsce z całego serca! ❤️❤️❤️

Polecam to miejsce na spędzenie urlopu ,wakacji czasu wolnego z rodziną bądź przyjaciółmi. Organizacją super przez Pana Giannisa w lobby bar razem z panią Emmanela i przednia zabawa na strefie disco .POLECAMY !!!!! Super atmosfera i odpoczynek udany!!

The resort is very nice. We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the food all the staff was very friendly especially our evenings are the lobby bar were very pleasant the all inclusive cocktails were very sweet but if you pay for a cocktail it’s gonna be very good thank you Giannis and Emmanuela for recommending me the cucumber royal, although there was only one server he was very friendly thank you Chris and all the lobby bar staff for making us smile

The holiday was succesful! The lobby is really atmospheric. Mr Giannis is amanzing if you have any questions he will help you for sure even if your english isnt the best. Ms Emmanela is really kind and helpful. Disco parties is something that everybody should try. My friends and I would recommend this place 100%!!!! I hope we’ll come here again bc everything is exactly as it should be.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay the Athina palace. We found the all inclusive good, the rooms were lovely and we had a beautiful sea view from our big balcony. The relax pool was exactly that, so that adults could relax. The relax pool bar staff were lovely. There is a lot of steps and slopes, so this hotel would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Also, the entertainment in the evening was a little disappointing as it seemed to only cater for the French. However, this did not ruin our stay at all. The hotel is not near a town, but you can get a bus into Heraklion for 4 euros return. The private beach is small but stunning and the beach bar is part of the all inclusive. You can hire a speed boat from there for 80 Euros an hour. There are shops and a spa on site too. We would recommend this hotel as it has a lovely, relaxing vibe and it was just what we needed.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel et dépaysant, l'établissement est très accueillant, le personnel très professionnel et très agréable. L'équipe d'animation et le SPA ont rendu la semaine animée, agréable et relaxante. En ce qui concerne la restauration au self, les plats sont variés et nombreux et de très bonne qualité ; quant aux deux restaurants, les menus y sont délicieux La navette qui circule très régulièrement offre la possibilité de se déplacer dans cette grande propriété sans être obligé de faire les trajets un peu longs et un peu sportifs.

Отель интересно расположен на холме, на берегу потрясающей своей красотой бухты. Нам дали прекрасный номер 601 равноудаленный от моря и основного ресторана, что было удобно. Так как спуск к морю достаточно крутой, если ходить пешком- чистый фитнес -к концу недели укрепили этими походами здоровье. Но есть и шаттл от рецепции до пляжа. Питание хорошее - разнообразное и вкусное . В отеле действительно большинство гостей франкоговорящие - соответственно и обслуживающий персонал говорит по - французски. На рецепции есть менеджер по работе с гостями русскоговорящая Ирина - необыкновенно доброжелательная, она помогала профессионально, оперативно, корректно во всех ситуациях , когда мы к ней обращались. Поэтому мы совершенно не чувствовали дискомфорта - спасибо большое Вам, Ирина.

Hôtel fatiguant énormément de marche de la chambre à la piscine ( la plus proche ) plus de 100 marche d'escalier le double pour aller manger niveau nourriture c'est vraiment médiocre ok les Marmara sont pas connus pour la cuisine culinaire en aillant fait plusieurs Marmara celui-ci est le pire niveau nourriture ok la vue est belle mais il y à bien plus de négatif que de positif les animateurs sont top d'ailleurs eux même vont pas forcément manger dans l'hôtel préfère manger dans leur chambre des gâteaux acheter ailleurs dans des épiceries les serveurs sont top aussi très gentil et serviable bref chacun sont point de vue mais pour ma part je déconseille cette hôtel
