I write this review being completely objective about this brand and its location. I have over 30 nights logged at this hotel and have done my best to write a thorough review. This property sits off HWY 99 at exit 157 in Madera, CA. Cleveland St is about an 8-minute drive south of the hotel. There are a lot of things here. There you will find everything you'll from Walmart to CVS to the Sugarpine Smokehouse and Mcdonalds. To name a few As you pull up and park under their covered entrance you'll immediately notice how well-landscaped and spacious the area is. There is well-lit parking in front and rear of the hotel. When you enter the hotel if you need a luggage cart, they have plenty! Nothing worse than being tired from a long day and having to lug all your things up without the help of a cart. You will be greeted with a genuine smile and attentive service. In the lobby, they offer complimentary ice-cold infused water, hot coffee/tea, and warm cookies (when available). The front desk team is pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. There is Joshua, Aaliyah, Hannah, and Yojaedi (unnamed Nightauditor who I have never met). They will get you checked in or out quickly and professionally. It is always yes sir or ma'am. The front desk staff as a whole makes this small hotel shine. You will be pleased with your first impression. They offer a nice gated swimming pool with some covered seating available (If you don't want to get suntan). Towels are provided by the pool area. There are multiple safety devices poolside. The gym offers an elliptical, treadmill, and a sit-down pedaling machine along with some yoga-type equipment. There is a TV and a large mirror to help you get your work out on. The business center offers your typical two computers and a single printer setup. If you need a late-night snack or an Advil, you can head down to the lobby and visit their 24hr convenience shop. They have a spacious conference space which can be rented out. The hotel provides a guest laundry room. They have several room types and each comes with or without certain amenities. I.E. a whirlpool tub or wet bar area, one bed or two. I suggest you call the hotel if you have specific questions about what amenities you may or may not be getting with your room. The mattresses are quite comfortable and you will have at least 4 pillows to choose from. I have never had an issue with the AC or heater. I have yet to have an issue with room cleanliness. The linen has always been clean and neatly done. Never a shortage of towels or toiletries. Something that I have always appreciated is no matter the room, the Iron and ironing board have always been in really good shape. The rooms are generally quiet. However, If you are a sensitive sleeper ask for a room toward the southwest side of the hotel. (You'll thank me later) Rosa and her housekeeping team clearly take pride in what they do. It is nice to know they don't cut corners. You will notice everything is always stocked. I ha
