We had a beautiful weekend with our family celebrating our 50th anniversary. Everything went smoothly and we were looked after very well by the staff!!

Overall our stay was good. This is a great location and nice space; pool is lovely and the beds are comfy. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is nice we can bring our dogs to the space. Check in could have been better; communication was poor and took way longer than expected. I would recommended reserving early for the restaurant.

We chose Painted Boat for its location, views and spacious villas. Did not disappoint! Every room has a view of the marina and there was a large balcony where we enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset. It was centrally located enabling us to take day drives along the coast. The staff are friendly and provide great service.

The resort had got some real hits and misses. On the one hand, the pool and spa are excellent! They’re a real treat. But on the other hand, the service could be a bit more consistent and attentive. The supplies and equipment could also use some TLC, and the place could use a good update. Overall, it’s a mixed bag, don't recommend. $640 for a one bed during summer. Not the nicest room.

Stunning views of the harbour and ground from the villas. Excellently appointed villas with loads of room , a great kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large sitting area. Easy parking and nearby supermarket The issue with our booking was sorted very quickly and efficiently by professional and pleasant staff which in no way detracted from the stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant was very good with some excellent items in the menu. Yes its expensive but worth every penny . Highly recommended

The Painted Boat Resort and Spa is absolutely beautiful! It overlooks Pender Harbour. Great view from the outdoor infinity pool! It has a spa and restaurant. The villa that I stayed in was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. Two balconies with stunning views, a fireplace, barbeque, jet tub in the ensuite bathroom. The beds are very comfortable and there was a choice of pillow types and a robe to use for the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The parking is well marked and ample for an additional vehicle. This resort is in the perfect location for day trips up and down the Sunshine Coast. Madeira Park is a great little area with a BC Liquor store, an IGA, a drugstore, a few small shops, restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend taking the Slocat Tour of the harbour. It was an amazing experience. So many little bays and coves to explore. The tour guide, Christian, made it very fun and interesting. Lots of history in that harbour. I can't recommend this resort enough!

Everything is good as usual. The only thing is that due to the festival for that weekend, the restaurant could only offer a 3-course meal at $85 p.p. and no other choice. The steak was order medium rare but they were medium cooked. Other dishes were fine.
