In addition to some twists and turns in the booking, the hotel initially said it had not received payment. Later, it was discovered that I had booked a water view, but the order received by the hotel was for a higher-level waterfront, and there was a price difference issue. It was finally solved. After checking in, I found that only No. 58 actually had a good view and the sound of the sea was not noisy. The others either had trees blocking the view or were too noisy because they were too close to the water. Choosing water features is also a good choice, and the price is more affordable. There are no restaurants near the hotel, so I chose to eat at the hotel. The taste was okay. Breakfast was ok.

The resort is under staffed and it shows. Dental floss stuck to the bathroom walls Dust caked on the exposed cords of the room amenities Squished mosquitoes stuck to the wall Cigarette burned pillow cases Cigarette butts tossed throughout the pathways leading to the cabins Power outages Extremely dirty restaurant I am really disappointed in my stay. Fortunately there are other areas and restaurants to visit that are close to the resort. For any vegans, bring your own food. The restaurant has one breakfast item and an overpriced salad for dinner.

Had an amazing day and night glamping at the rockwater. We loved our “tent room” (Premium Room 56) and sundeck in the woods overlooking the water. Sitting and listening to the wind and ocean waves was idyllic. The kayaking and swimming pool were great (margarita poolside helped!) and had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant with amazing ocean view. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and service was very attentive and fast. Our weather was sunny but cool temperatures, so the gas f/p in early morning was perfect. Looking forward to going back and staying another night or two in the oceanside Signature Rooms.

The view and location are beautiful. This is a diamond in the forest for sure! The food in the restaurant is amazing with great portions and quality! The patio is amazing with the view and ocean breeze (if windy or cold they will offer you a blanket:)). Inside the restaurant takes you back in time very classy with beautiful views as well. They could use new sheets as mine were pilled. Otherwise quiet tranquil beautiful location that lets you wind down and have a great sleep. If you open your window all you will hear is the serenity of the waves crashing. So great!!!

Modest accommodation in amazing setting. DO NOT get room 21. Poorly located on major traffic area with other guests looking straight into the room. They should take this room off line.

Didn’t know the restaurant wasn’t open until we checked in. ‘Restaurant’ was open in the morning with only a cold continental breakfast for $25. Very disappointing.
