Three adults stayed in #13101 (Madeira BayResort 1) for 5 nights. Although adequate for our needs the condo was lacking in a couple of areas. Pros- Spotless Condo and spotless hallways. Quiet. Didn’t hear any street traffic from the bedroom that was overlooking busy Gulf Blvd. Comfortable, firm beds. Short walk to John’s Pass. Plenty of free garage parking. Cons- No laundry detergent in condo. Called but took two days to have it delivered. This condo is SMALL. No closet in second bedroom and closet in the master bedroom was quite small and stuffed with many pillows. Summary- The pros definitely outweigh the cons and my family will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Stayed at MBR the first weekend of August with my family. 3BR unit was fine. Left the room perfectly picked up and double-checked everything upon checking out. The next day I got a $200 charge. I called and asked why and they said was for a broken chair..which we did NOT break. They sent a picture of the "chair" and it was absolutely crushed. 1st we DIDN"T DO IT, 2ndly I would have surely noticed when leaving. Believe there are bad business practices going on here. If you have to stay here (which I don't recommend), take pictures when checking out.

This was the first time that I have been to Madeira Beach and fell in love with it. We were there in a girl’s trip and the condo was perfect. It was very clean and although it was across the street from the beach, we had a beautiful view and you literally cross the street and the walkway to the beach is right there. It was a shorter walk than expected. We really enjoyed our trip and will be back.

Enjoyed a great week in Maderia Beach. First time visit! Very relaxing atmosphere with lots of options for todo’s in the area. Stayed in unit 610. Can’t say enough for how clean it was with updates to the space and amenities. Loved the super close access to the beach and the beach items that are available for use from the condo. As we didn’t have or need a car, the Trolley was super convenient as well as very walkable distance to things. We will be back to this specific condo in the future!

Great place! Beautiful view of the ocean! We seldom drove the car all week, it’s a very accessible and walkable location! It felt very secure. It was so very clean! And the bath/shower had the best water pressure!! Haha! We had a wonderful week, the weather was perfect every day! Sunsets were picture perfect!

My husband and I stayed in condo 610 for 5 days/nights and absolutely loved our time. The condo was extremely clean and well-stocked for our needs. The front-desk and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and accommodating (holding our luggage and helping us get in for an early check-in when we arrived, etc.). The view from this condo is beautiful with a nice balcony where you can watch the sunset over the beach each evening and the waves/dolphins with your coffee each morning. It’s a quick walk across the street with direct beach access, as well as a short walk to John’s Pass boardwalk!

We just got back from a wonderful week long trip to Madeira Beach. This was our first trip and it did not disappoint. Our 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom condo was well appointed, extremely clean, and had all the comforts of home. We did not pack much other than a few changes of clothing and swimwear.. The washer and dryer were new as were most all the appliances. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, flatware, and cookware. Our view looking off the balcony was breathtaking. We did not miss a sunset and it was a highlight of the trip. There are many restaurants within walking distance. John's Pass and Boardwalk are just 2 blocks south of the condo. We enjoyed the heated pool each day and met a lot of nice families gathered around the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick. The parking is on the first level and well lit. We hope to return again as it was such a great time.
