Room - Bed and pillows were so extremely soft they left my back and neck hurting after just the first night. The hotel did not have alternative pillow options. Otherwise it was a spacious room with great aircon.
Breakfast - Breakfast was horrible. One of the worst scrambled eggs I've ever had the displeasure of encountering and not eating in my life. Breakfast options were also limited.
Service - The staff were sometimes stand-offish, with one receptionist even telling me off for being impatient with my room service request, except for the lovely lady showing us our table at breakfast.
Location - Great location walkable to Macquarie Park station with short cut and easy to take buses to Macquarie Shopping Centre, although if you have heavy luggage you will have to walk all the way around (around 10 mins)
