Not great overall, the room was poorly cleaned as we arrived. We had asked beforehand to have separate beds, but this was not prepared at arrival. We had to move the beds ourselves. It was not cleaned under the beds, and very poorly cleaned throughout the stay. The spa was not enjoyable, water and sauna was cold during our entire stay. The sauna was at most 50 degrees which is not ideal. The food was not great, some days it was fine other days no one in our company could eat it. And the coffee machine broke constantly. There is a pizza place nearby which I would suggest instead. The bar was good, they had good drinks, but music could be different. It was the same 10 songs over and over again. The worst part was the WiFi not working at all. I used up all of my own data and had to work during this trip. Terrible. The view from the room was nice but that is about it. Will not come back…

The food at the hotel was extremely bad and tasteless. At the so called SPA unit the jacuzzi was not warm and the sauna never over 45 degree. The breakfast was okey and most of the staff very friendly and service minded. Skii room growdy and no heating system for the ski boots.

Séjour annulé par l’hôtel, 1 semaine avant le départ pour sinistre (dégât des eaux). Réservation en septembre sur ********** pour un départ le 14/02. Cependant, Appels très sympathiques du personnel de l’hôtel et de la centrale de réservation de l’hôtel.

Like Lorna H below, the hotel telephoned to cancel our booking just days before we were due to fly to France, the booking having been made 4 months previously. They gave the excuse that they had a 'roof leak' which is admittedly different excuse to the 'fire' they mentioned to Lorna. Having said that, they seem to suffer an awful lot of accidents at Hotel le Vancouver. I wonder whether they overbook and then cancel reservations with a lame excuse? We await a refund as we had paid for the room in advance. Having read other recent reviews however, it seems like this might be a blessing in disguise. Be aware that this is not a full-service hotel and is often left unattended. I don't know about you but given the number of apparent serious mishaps they have at this hotel, that would make me rather nervous.

A fuir, gestion calamiteuse, je me suis fait arnaquer de 730€, montant de la demi pension qui n'a pas été assurée et que l'on ne m'a jamais remboursé. Tout le monde se renvoi la balle et personne n'assume ses responsabilités. Mon conseil si vous souhaitez profiter de vos vacances: Ne mettez pas les pieds dans cet établissement!!!
