Produit de qualités mais un service bien trop long pres de 30 minutes d attente pour 3 boissons simple et deux cocktails et une planche mixte c’est vraiment dommage cela gâche l expérience, il serait bon de faire quelque chose de ce côté là par contre le lieux est magique c’est vraiment très très dommage car je viens de temps en temps et malheureusement c’est récurant

Panorama 360 is listed as a 4* hotel and priced accordingly. In some regards it is excellent but in others falls short. Pros: Stunning conversion of a landmark historic building Gorgeous roof bar Rooms clean and a decent size Safe provided Own garage - always a win in a city centre Great location Cons: No A/C (it was 33 in Macon in July)! No wardrobe! Just two wall hooks. There was a large space with a table and chairs (pictured) that could have had a rail at least No bathrobes (standard in most 4*s) No minibar No drawers, just three shelves Very inattentive bar staff Polite and friendly, but rather ineffectual reception staff who got very stressed at being asked about booking a taxi, or the spa Hypocritical environmental policy (reuse your towel, but we will only give you disposable cups wrapped in plastic, and no basin plus so had to run excessive water - see pictures) No proper coffee machine

The hotel is a beautiful restoration of the old Post Office, with its highlight being the rooftop Skybar and its panoramic views of the city. Rooms are comfortable, staff very friendly and breakfast all you could ask for. It is located right in the heart of town and close to the river, so plenty to enjoy.

Bel hôtel disposant d’un SPA ainsi que d’une terrasse panoramique au dernier étage Les chambres sont de bonne taille avec belle salle de douche et équipées de tout le confort moderne : persiennes électriques, TV, climatisation, etc… Possibilité d’utiliser le centre de conférence auquel on accède en traversant la rue; lieu donc idéal pour les séminaires d’affaire. Je recommande.

Dieses moderne Stadthotel liegt sehr zentral und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines großen Hotels. Professioneller Check Inn, große funktionale Zimmer, ansprechendes Frühstück, schöner Blick von der Roof Top Bar. Was führte somit zum Punktabzug? Zunächst waren wir am ersten Abend in der Bar und bestellten verschiedene Cocktails zu hohen Preisen. Keiner der Cocktails entsprach jedoch dem richtigen Mischungsverhältnis. Hier muss eine Schulung erfolgen. Was uns jedoch richtig ägererte, war der Umstand das dieses Hotel mit einem Spa Bereich wirbt und weder auf der Homepage noch auf der Buchungsbestätigung darauf hinweisst das dies kostenpflichtig ist und vorher reserviert werden muss. Unsere Enttäuschung nach dem Check Inn war dementsprechend hoch ! NEIN, wir kommen nicht wieder !

Tout était parfait, absolument rien à ajouter ! C’était une très belle expérience ! L’accueil, le sourire du personnel et leur disponibilité, les chambres le petit dej vraiment top et le Sky bar est très sympa pour les fins de journées après ou avant un petit tour au spa 😊
