Husband and I were in town to visit our son who is in the local hospital. We were given a complimentary breakfast ticket. Food was good. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and nice pillows. Staff was very nice.

Service was pretty slow when we got there Thursday night. It wasn’t our waitress fault. Not very organized and kitchen seemed slow. The next morning we had to pay for breakfast. $15.99 for breakfast that is usually included in your stay. We only booked for one night because we had a grandson in a wrestling tournament and didn’t know if we would need two nights. I wish I had booked the second night with trip. Com and I didn’t because we were right there at the convention center and I walked back over and ask to get our same room for one more night. We got it for almost double the price of the first night and still had to pay for breakfast.

Excellent staff accommodations and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our sales meeting. We had several rooms and several conference rooms over the course of a week. Geri and Mercedes were shining stars that always quickly and efficiently resolved any issues I had.

Staff was great hotel wasn't over all upkeep was terrible, my AC didn't work call was placed a housekeeper in street clothing came my door no uniform just to say we will be back she never return parking lot was leaking water out the ground when asked why front desk quoted just move your car,

I am 56 years of age I was there for a training with the National Park in the afternoons I ordered dinner and decided have drinks however one after this Caucasian guy decided I need an I.D. clearly profiling me as other members from my team all Caucasians sat and ordered their drinks without being asked for their I.D. If you haven't figured it out I am African American. I felt humiliated as clearly he could see i was a grown adult and why single me out? On a good note I want to thank Latoya Meadows and Atravia for their hospitality they both went above. And beyond to treat me with great customer service something the white guy who is younger than I am by the way should learn. That experience from him was not receptive at all.

Best Marriott hotel in GA! Incredible experience! Dawn at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly! Latonya at the bar/ restaurant also went above and beyond for us! Will stay here again! The staff made our stay! Great menu and rooms too!

Great stay af the Macon Marriott thanks to the wonderful staff at the bar and club lounge. Shoutout to Stephanie in the club lounge, who made sure that we had everything that we needed daily. We also really appreciated the complimentary evening wine/beer reception for elite bonvoy members as well. And lastly. I made use of the gym daily; it was well equipped and clean. There was a major water leak on our last morning, which left everyone unable to shower and enjoy coffee. Clearly, no one was happy about that situation. Hopefully, that's repaired, and everything's back to normal.

We stayed at this hotel as our half way point on our road trip. The hotel was very nice - staff were incredible. We are breakfast downstairs and Ashley was AMAZING. She was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She helped to start our day of travel of the right foot. The food was also delicious!! Thank you Ashley!
