Bridge Vista Beach Hotel and Convention Center

This place is poorly maintained. Don't be lured in by the water park - the park is small filthy and poorly maintained, mold growth can be seen on the pipes, the water in. the lazy river was brown. Upon entering the hotel, the whole place smells musty and moldy, the rooms are very dated and lack cleanliness, our room had piles of filth / dirt built up in the corners of the bathroom. The beach area is pleasant but this can been found at many other hotels. I have never written a trip advisor review before, this review needed to be done.

This hotel has so much potential. But, it has not been maintained, and it is very apparent the second you walk in the doors. The musty smell accompanied by the smell of mold is the first thing you will notice. The carpets are not cleaned daily. The rooms are outdated with very visible stains on the comforter. The rooms are very muggy and the air feels wet. I don't think the AC units are properly working. The daily room service was horrible. They brought in new towels but didn't take the dirty towels with them. They didn't change sheets or make the beds. They didn't vacuum the carpets. The pool area looks great in pictures -- but they are deceiving. The two main water slides are broken with permanent barriers over the outlets. The pool that the water slides exit into has a foot or so of stagnant, nasty water. The rope crossing is not installed as shown in the pictures. And the pools are cold with murky waters. The pool area in general is extremely hot and humid, and you can see visible mold in the pool area. There was a group of us, around 15 rooms in total, and most all of us were sick by the end of the trip (5 nights total). It could have been a bug, but many of the symptoms were consistent with exposure to mold. I would stay away and find another hotel in the area. Don't let the outdated pictures fool you like they did us!

The room seemed ok at first glance but found that the beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows were small little squares, I’ve never seen that before at any hotel. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work properly so it was very hot all night! Also during our entire stay the maid left her cleaning cart sitting next to our door. I guess because we were the last room down the hall but that shouldn’t matter anyway. Last but not least the INDOOR pool was closed for the season. They told us we could use the one next door but for us that was inconvenien! All in all would not return!

They advertised a pool. Nope. Paid for a room a nice room for our wedding. Woke up in pain . The bed is terrible.Not a single amenity. No vending machines . The shower and hot tub get Luke warm. You are better off ANYWHERE. Save yourself the disappointment. Thanks for a great wedding experience. I had no idea customer service is seasonal too.

Great hotel! Called to make reservation and Devon was so professional & kind ! We read some bad reviews on the hotel but I can only say it was AWESOME! Clean rooms, beds were perfect, bathrooms clean, fresh towels & sheets pillows great! Views were beautiful!, reasonable price for our room We will certainly come back to stay! Thank you for your hospitality!

There was spider webs on the wall everywhere, it smelt so bad in the place and toliet was out of place, the ppl in the front were lowkey rude and half the things in the waterpark were closed and broken. The place is just so nasty and so icky me and my parents wanted to throw up. We payed 750$ for 2 nights for this really bad snd unpleasant place i totally don’t recommend
