Pretty basic hotel with bridgeview. Pool area was nice but that's about it. When we arrived we found out our room was not what we asked for. They upgraded our room for a extra charge. Then at about 11pm while my family was asleep, some random drunk couple opened the door with their own key. In the morning i was locked out of my room with my key no longer working. Obviously an error with hotel management. Would not recommend or stay her again.

This is an independent, Michigan born and raised, family owned property. One of the few left in Mackinaw City. Room was very clean. Staff very nice and responsive to guests. Pool is indoor and very clean. Game room has vending machines, pool table and video game. Beds were very nice and comfortable. Extra blankets in the closet for chilly nights. Beautiful view of the Mackinac Bridge and the park. We actually checked into a difference hotel and ended up leaving and coming here. Wish we had come here first. If you are coming to Mackinaw City, please try this hotel.

It served the purpose since we were just there for a couple of days. The TV was not working, I believe they don’t have cable on site, elevators were a bit slow & the parking area was dark and kinda scary when returning later in the evening. Staff seemed nice and helpful. It’s a convenient spot with a great view away from the busy city traffic.

the property had a great view but rooms are dated. shower only had a curtain. shower head extremely old. bed was confrontable. while checking in agent was not as pleasant as i would have expected. next to the bridge was very noisy but the view was awesome! had a bridgeview room.
