Hotel Iroquois

Wonderful property! We keep coming back due to location of property, amenities, staff and overall comfort of hotel. The staff at the front desk are wonderful and attentive. We love having drinks in the deck facing the water. Also appreciate flavored water and snacks in the pm and great coffee in the lobby every morning. Highly recommend.

This was our first time on the island and a friend suggested this hotel. We absolutely loved this place! While it is a historic building the feel is warm and welcoming. Our room was a suite that had a view of the water. Our luggage was delivered from the ferry directly to our room. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. The staff was exceptional and responsive to our needs. We enjoyed the nightly turn down. The location of the hotel is ideal - on the outskirts of the busy Main Street area but still convenient enough to walk around. The attached restaurant ( the Carriage House) was one of favorite places to dine. We will definitely look to stay at this place when we return.

This hotel is a gem. They have done an excellent job of taking a small hotel built in 1902 and expanding it, keeping it up to date with modern conveniences and safety, but at the same time retaining the early 20th century charm. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The dining (both the complimentary continental breakfast and dinner) were really exceptional. I can't recommend hotel this more highly!

My wife and I visited for an anniversary trip in June, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The service was superb, including the quick luggage delivery to and from the dock, the fast check in, and the thorough housekeeping. We loved the location too……..one of the closest to the dock, and right on the edge of town (so we had un-obstructed views to one side, but close access to shopping, dining and bike rentals on the other).

Had a wonderful stay here! The rooms are well decorated with great views of the island! We stayed in a suite which came with a lovely balcony on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The service and food were thoughtful and delicious! We will absolutely be returning!

The Hotel Iroquois is a step back in time. It is beautifully maintained with attention to detail. Staff without exception are friendly and helpful. The dining room has beautiful views of the harbor as well as delicious food. The location is perfect. It is my new favorite hotel on Mackinac Island.
