JJingtingchanyinThe hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, and should have been renovated recently. The facilities are very new. The child needs an extra bed in the suite, and the customer service is free! I passed by Macheng during the Chinese New Year and was very satisfied with my stay. I also had enough fireworks.

RRobert RoyIt was good. Staff was helpful, helped me get transportation arranged for daily trips outside. Would have been better if I had known upfront before arriving that the hotel is on National park grounds, and that you need a ticket to get past the front gate to get to the hotel. And that was an extra expense. The beds are a bit hard for my liking. Also, I needed to cut my visit short, but the Jose Steph said that since I’ve booked through Trip.com then I couldn’t get refunded for my unused days.

GGuest UserThe overall feeling is good, the location is very good, located in the city center, eating and shopping are good. Parking is available at the entrance of the hotel. The facilities are aging and the maintenance work can't keep up. In the room I lived in, a desk lamp was not on. The shower compartment is too small and sometimes I touch the body.
