지어진지 얼마 안된호텔이라 룸, 배딩, 헬스장 모두 깨끗하고 너무 좋음!! 침구 폭닥폭닥함
택시외의 교통이 불편한거 외엔 공항근처에 저렴하게 묵을수있는 좋은호텔! 체크아웃 후 분실물 때문에 연락드렸는데 리셉션에사 깔끔하게 처리(인수인계) 해주심

部屋の床に以前の顧客のゴミが沢山あり清潔とは言えませんでした。カップヌードルのカス？のようなものが大量に落ちていました。しかし、部屋にはスリッパもなく、サンダルを履いて過ごすことになりました。
部屋を変えてもらおうかと思いましたが、乗り継ぎでの滞在だったので気力もな**のまま変更のお願いはしませんでした。
ただ、タオルはふわふわでよかったです！
空港までの送迎は、6ユーロかかります。

Pleasant stay at this hotel. The gym is amazing and new, room clean. I did notice a very bad smell at times coming up through the bathroom however I didn’t approach the hotel about it. Customer service great when checking in however there was always a long queue. When I checked in they advised I received a complimentary room upgrade. The prices at the bar and cafe are quite pricey, it is about 3.6km from the airport so they recommend a taxi if you don’t arrive in the shuttle times. I did catch the shuttle in the morning that they have which costs €6.

Because our plane was delayed and we didn't have a train back to Ghent, we were able to make a last-minute reservation. Even though we arrived after midnight, we received a very friendly welcome. The room was clean and cozy. No noise. Definitely recommended.

It's a top-notch hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic. Definitely recommended for families with children.
