Everything was satisfactory overall; however, parking was a notable issue. I believe the hotel should consider offering complimentary parking to its guests rather than charging €14 per day. While paid parking is fairly common in Brussels, providing free parking could give Ibis Hotel a competitive advantage and help attract more customers. I encourage the management to reconsider their current policy in light of this feedback.
