El entorno en que esta en hotel es maravilloso, a 1350 metros de altura, al pie de la cordillera, los paisajes son impresionantes, y la flora y fauna bellísima. El hotel tiene instalaciones cómodas, destacando su restaurante que es primera, con spa, jacuzzi, tinajas, piscina al aire libre. El personal es muy amable y atento. Creo que se puede mejorar más la experiencia si instalan aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

Simplemente excelente para descansar y hacer trekking suave ,masajes increíbles,personal siempre preocupados de hacer de nuestro descanso el mejor de todos. Entorno maravilloso,los últimos 3 km antes de llegar con camino malísimo (vale la pena llegar)

We went from Rancagua along a long and bad dirt road with the idea of getting there to have tea and the manager treated us very poorly, very uncritical, although we did not call before to say that we were going to have tea, that does not justify not being able to offer a delicious coffee with something to eat. They didn't have anything, the only thing we could have was disgusting coffee. Very unfortunate, a wonderful mountain range environment, but the gardens look neglected, the pool green with dirt, a fiberglass hot tub that looked horrible from the living room, the truth is very far from recommending this place. It looks like a very bad place. A shame.
