I recently stayed at NOI Puma Lodge in the Andes Mountains, and it was an unforgettable experience. One of the most breathtaking locations I’ve ever visited, Puma lodge is where luxury meets adventure. If you go for the views - you’ll stay for the people. The reception team—Isadora, Karla, and Cinthya—went above and beyond to make our arrival seamless and welcoming. Their warmth, efficiency, and genuine care set the perfect tone for our getaway. At the bar, Ricardo was a true gem. Always greeted with a smile and ✌️ in the evenings and mixing up drinks that perfectly complemented the cozy, luxurious vibe of the lodge. In the restaurant Evelyn and Emir were as hospitable as can be and made each delicious meal a delight. Last but not least, our adventure guide, Nico, was the highlight of our excursion. His enthusiasm for the Andes was infectious, and his knowledge of the terrain made our trekking and exploration both safe and exhilarating. He made the 4 hour hike a pleasure, we laughed, we learned, we sang Luke Combs 😂 we made a friend. We look forward to another adventure with him soon. Compliments to Victor on this award worthy team and hotel. Final word: Puma Lodge is a stunning blend of luxury and nature, with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities and best in business people. Rent a 4X4 and get to Noi Puma Lodge ASAP 🏔️

Increíble experiencia! Precioso el lugar y el hotel en general. Destaco especialmente la gente que trabaja ahí! Todos muy atentos a los detalles y preocupados de que todo esté bien. El ambiente super acogedor y tranquilo. Volvería de todas maneras!

Mi estadía en el hotel fue simplemente increíble, todo estuvo muy hermoso.. la cabalgata, el trekking etc.. todo muy lindo, rodeado de naturaleza, con paisajes que invitan al descanso y la desconexión.. cada rincón transmite paz. Agradecer a Victor quien nos recibió de forma muy grata y muy amable, a Brian quien nos hizo el trekking nos animó y apoyó en todo momento y a Cynthia por su masaje increíble. Sin duda, volvería feliz :)

Excelente atención, instalaciones y cocina. Sólo hubo unos detalles en el aseo de la habitación, pero nada tan importante y en la noche tuvimos que abrir la ventanas debido al calor, que no se podía regular. Pero el lugar es recomendable, tanto para ir a relajarse en un sitio hermoso, como para hacer actividades de trekking autoguiado o con guía, cabalgatas o escalada.
