The structure is very nice externally and the staff at the reception are polite. The sore point are the rooms, at least the one that has been reserved and that I booked at a really convenient price. When you enter you immediately perceive that you are not fully in a 4-star hotel. Essential, sparse furniture, dated TV and the size of a computer monitor, good but not exceptional cleanliness, double room with only one additional pillow instead of two, essential for the quality and consistency of those "supplied" which are really thin , bathroom radiator left closed. On the other hand, the room was very well heated. In short, if it were a 2 star it would be excellent, for a 3 star it would be adequate, but for a 4 star we are not there, we have to adapt. Breakfast without praise and without infamy.

Small rooms; below average breakfast. We stayed only one night so cannot comment on housekeeping other than the fact that the room looked clean. It was fine for a one night stay. It did have a safe, which was a plus. Water and snacks were available at low prices. I’d rate the hotel 2.5 if Tripadvisor allowed that.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte come tappa di ritorno da un viaggio. La posizione molto bella, con una vista emozionante. Ottimo e comodo il parcheggio, molto cortese il personale. Si raggiunge a piedi il centro di Loreto. La struttura avrebbe delle potenzialità enormi ma purtroppo è datata e a tratti trascurata .La nostra camera era una quadrupla (noi eravamo in 3) con il 4 letto aggiunto che rendeva scomoda la vivibilità della stessa. Il pavimento di parquet rovinato, così come la scrivania. Il bagno molto spazioso ma non finestrato e poco illuminato; buona la qualità degli asciugamani e il set di cortesia. I pavimenti delle parti comuni sono rivestiti con una sorta di linoleum rovinato e macchiato; concordo sull'odore poco gradevole. Il chiostro interno è di effetto, sarebbe molto bello avere la possibilità di farci la colazione. La colazione è nella media, non c'è il di più che ti aspetti da un 4 stelle però viene tutto preparato al bar (quindi no distributori per fortuna); molto gentile e attento il personale. Non abbiamo provato il servizio ristorazione.Diciamo che come rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo proprio. Non ci tornerei

Hotel vicinissimo al centro della caratteristica Loreto. La posizione un po’ alta rispetto alle mura permettono all’hotel di avere una vista pazzesca sul Santuario, punto di forza dell’albergo. L’immobile è un vecchio monastero ed ha mantenuto la struttura, senza però valorizzarla come un hotel a 4 stelle dovrebbe essere. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono un po’ datati e potrebbero essere valorizzati con servizi extra. Bellissima la terrazza ma anche qui non sfruttata e lasciata un po’ al tempo che trova. Colazione buona, prodotti caserecci dolci ma forse troppo industriali quelli salati. Personale di reception molto preparato e disponibile, pronto a qualsiasi domanda e consiglio sui posti nelle vicinanze. Insomma, un posto con un potenziale da dieci che rende sei. Da potenziare il bar ed i servizi extra e da valorizzare il personale di reception perché è l’unica ragione per cui tornerei.

Hotel con prezzi in linea con ciò che offre. Camere essenziali e pulite ma senza cura del dettaglio; buona la colazione anche se la varietà è scarsa;parcheggio interno e Personale molto cortese. Non molto comodo per raggiungere il Santuario a piedi per via delle salite. Buono ma considerarlo un 4 stelle proprio no.

Albergo davv6 molto bello. Personale gentile e preciso. Vicinissimo al santuario, circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ampio parcheggio. Camere pulite e funzionali. Buona colazione. Ristorante con poca scelta, comodo ma forse non per tutti i gusti. Nel complesso un ottima struttura

Very good and comfortable hotel, with private parking and in a very quiet area. Good breakfast. Basic but clean room with everything you need. Excellent for visiting Loreto, the cathedral is a short walk away. Definitely recommended

A very comfortable and welcoming hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and it was spacious with a comfy bed. Cleanliness standards were excellent all around. Food was delicious. We were reluctant to leave.
