Apesar de boa estrutura o hotel está muito desleixado. Falta manutenção, cuidados com limpeza. O café da manhã não é bom. Enfim, deixou muito a desejar.

Logo no primeiro contato ainda na recepção várias pessoas reclamando de várias coisas principalmente das instalações até falta de mantimentos como toalha coberto, ar sem funcionar , chuveiro sem funcionar dentre outros. Ainda na recepção a reserva foi feita com para quatro pessoas , dois adultos e duas crianças , mas para minha surpresa a trip reservou só para três pessoas sendo que tive que pagar a vista na entrada três diárias de uma cama extra no valor extra de 420 reais mais a hospedagem normal. Não é primeira vez que me hospedou, e normalmente o pagamento é feito ao sair da hospedagem e não na entrada. E ainda para piorar na piscina pedimos um almoço o atendente colocou o almoço depois retornou insistindo a dizer que colocou dois almoços sendo não havíamos nem começando e era visível o erro, aumentando ainda mais o estresse, e lamentável sair para se distrair e retornar ainda mais estressado.

Hotel péssima instalações . Primeiro quarto quando fui dar banho em meus filhos apenas chuveiro fervendo funcionava. Telefone sem funcionar . Quarto com teia aranha . Tive que descer pra solicitar manutenção. Não consertaram e mudamos de quarto. Todo transtorno de arrumar as malas pra trocar .
Ao chegar outro quarto, novamente fui dar banho nas crianças , desarrumei malas , a banheira a água não escoava, mesmo com ralo aberto . A água ficou nível pra transbordar no quarto . Tentamos falar xm recepção, telefone sem funcionar . Tivemos que ir pra compromisso sem tomar banho . Então muito chateados arrumamos as malas e pedimos reembolso ao hotel pelo descaso . Exaustos de cansaço pós viagem +de 13horas . Saímos do hotel sem banho .
Hotel sem ajudante pra carregar as malas . Eu no sufoco sozinha com duas crianças na chegada não tive nenhuma ajuda .
Não recomendo pra ninguém !

Tem que renovar mais o quarto que eu fiquei, esqueci de tirar foto, está um pouco com desgaste!
