The house is very close to the main services of Maccagno: supermarket, post office, pharmacy, bus stop, train station with trains to Milan and the main Lombardy exhibition centers and tourist port, from where boats leave for all the main towns on Lake Maggiore (Cannero, Cannobio, Locarno, Ascona, Arona, Stresa, Borromean Islands). The main markets to visit are the one in Luino on Wednesdays and the one in Cannobio on Sundays.
