The Parisian Royal Peak truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end brand of Parisian hotels; the service was impeccable. We chose the Lyon King Room this time, and not only was the room spacious, but they also thoughtfully inquired about our late check-out when we booked the pick-up service. Knowing we were two elderly people, they even added a non-slip mat in the bathroom to prevent falls. In addition to complimentary evening snacks and fruit for our three-night stay, the minibar had a wide variety of drinks, and drinking water was replenished promptly. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

I've been to Macau over ten times, and the Parisian Macao's Royal Plaza is my favorite place to stay. A private car picks you up after you cross the border at Hengqin Port, and a personal butler provides full service via WeChat. They have dessert in the evenings, overflowing with chocolate; we ate there for three days and still couldn't finish it all. The room offers views of the Eiffel Tower and the Londoner Tower across the street; the night view is exceptionally beautiful. The minibar in the room has a variety of drinks, all free, unlike the Wynn Palace where you get charged even for a minute.

The Royal Plaza Hotel consists entirely of suites. The lobby is opposite the W Hotel. I originally booked only three nights, but the hotel's service was so excellent that I booked another three. Special thanks to VIP Service specialist Frankie, the duty manager, and the entire service team for their prompt and heartwarming assistance. A highly recommended hotel! The welcome gift was a large box of macarons, and they also provide daily snacks. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The reception lobby is rather small and secluded. The rooms are generally very nice. A generous welcome snack was provided. The only drawback is that the large windows in the lobby aren't wide enough, and the exterior glass appears to have been uncleaned, significantly impacting the view. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Very satisfied with the stay experience. I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was full of surprises. The hotel staff's attentive service added color to my birthday trip. I highly recommend staying here. The room view and service are all amazing. I will definitely stay here again next time I come.

The service was excellent, the snacks were delicious, and the staff were all polite, but the bed was a bit hard.

The room was very nice, the suite was spacious, the butler service was very attentive, and snacks were delivered to the room every day. The floor was high and quiet. The only drawback was that the air conditioner was a bit loud. Apart from that, the butler's luggage delivery service was very commendable.

這次是第二次入住巴黎人，帶着寶寶親子出遊選擇了御匾峯的套房，在入住前幾天就有管家聯繫提供接車服務。結果過關的時候遇到了突**況我的腰閃了，但是也正因為這次特殊的情況，感受到了巴黎人御匾峯超五星級的客房服務！管家全程24小時提供協助主動問詢，期間提供了輪椅，冰塊冰敷，還幫忙聯繫機場航空公司提供輪椅特殊服務，真的太令我感動了！每天還有晚間點心和minibar，下次來澳門還是會毫不猶豫的選擇巴黎人！

一直考慮秋凉后到澳門看水舞間，尋找酒店時偶然看到巴黎人御匾峰，位置不錯，性價比高。雖入住的評論不多，也想嘗試一下。想不到有意外的驚喜，十分開心。房價已包接車服務，约好的预定時間，司機已在等待，車子直接到酒店門口，差不多一㸃鐘下車後即可以办理入住，很幸運酒店幫我升级了鐵塔景的双床房。先拿房卡去吃午餐，三點多便收到通知上房。酒店的服務相當好，工作人員都很友善。這家酒店在巴黎人的最南端，比較清靜，避開了威尼斯人，巴黎人人群的繁雜，自成一角，但有着他們的交通方便，值得推荐。下次到澳門還考慮住這裡。

第一次住御匾峰，服務好加上唔洗去大堂登記入住！減去咗要排隊等候嘅時間！真係放便好多員工又有禮貌！可以講下次去澳門旅行都會住返啲間酒店！

酒店人比較少，與巴黎人分開，很快便checkin了，有歡迎甜品，很有法式風格，房間保養不錯，性價比很高，還送了一張餐飲券，下次有機會再去
