Muito bom!
Gostei muito! Pessoal da recepção muito gentil e receptivo. Café da manha muito gosto e com muitas opções.
Só o chuveiro que esquentava pouco e não pude parcelar o pagamento no cartão (paguei no check-in).

Primeiramente, após receber o cartão de acesso ao quarto 209, deparei-me com um casal em roupas de baixo, o que causou a mim e ao referido casal uma experiência constrangedora. Uma falha como essa é inadmissível em um hotel. O quarto não tinha controles de ar condicionado e tv, tive que desligar a televisão manualmente. Finalmente, por volta de 09.30h, fui acordado por uma obra, uma furadeira próxima de meu quarto, o que interrompeu meu sono, e, após interfonar à recepção, a mesma me informou que aquela seria uma manutenção programada, e que ela não poderia fazer nada a respeito. Eu busquei o hotel para um banho e descansar, e o mínimo a fazer seria uma troca de quartos, ou me antecipar da reforma antes de eu pagar pelo quarto.

Definitivamente não recomendo, chuveiros sem água quente e quartos com internet horrível. Apesar da simpatia dos funcionários nada resolvem, cada hora uma desculpa diferente, informei sobre o fato e dos 10 dias que passei no hotel, só tomei banho gelado e gastei todos os meus 50Gb do plano do celular para trabalhar pq a internet não funcionava.

Cama boa, chuveiro bom, atendentes muito simpáticos. Mas peça para olhar os quartos, nem todos são tão bons. TV com poucos canais desinteressante. Café da manhã fraco! Localização fabulosa, de frente para o rio Amazonas e ao lado da Fortaleza de São José.

Bom hotel, apesar de ser uma segunda opção em Macapá. Bom atendimento. Boa localização para quem quer caminhar até o Mercado Central ou até à Fortaleza. Bom café da manhã – servido no melhor restaurante de Macapá – que, aliás, fica praticamente dentro do hotel. Vale: 1) Reforçar a manutenção; 2) Avisar claramente ao hóspede que, se ele não pedir, não irão arrumar o quarto.
