I left a pair of shoes there and we called within 2 hours. We were told by Dottie she would check and call us back. She did not call. We called again and were told they did think they were there but would double check and she would call us back. No call back. Finally 5 days later we get an email saying the shoes are in lost and found. They say they told us to call them back and that is not true. They say they called the number on file and it rang and rang but no answer or voicemail. I have a really hard time believing them. They have our number on file. We also made sure they had the right number when they called. Plus they have our email address on file. They really need to communicate better and have better customer service and support.

I left a pair of $70 Offos there on June 7th. We called within 2 hours to ask them to get them from the room for us. Dottie said she would check before the room was cleaned and she would call us. She didn’t call us. We called and spoke with someone else and they said they didn’t “think” they found them. They said they would check and call us. No call back for the second time. The shoes were left there and we are 100% sure of that. We drove home which was an hour away. We stopped no where. This was dishonesty at its finest. So disappointed in the integrity of this business.

There are some minor repairs around the property that would go a long way to make things look better (i.e. a leak in the lobby ceiling, room numbers falling off the wall). However, other than lots of doors slamming at night, our stay was pleasant.

i was told to pay at the hotel, at check in, they would not give me my military discount because clerk said payment had already gone through. Also i booked there to use hot tub. Hot tub WAS NOT HOT.

Think about providing larger coffee cups in dining area. Way too small. Couldn't add creamer without pouring some into another cup.
