The arrival was already disappointing. - We were given a room where even my student room was more luxurious and beautiful. There were a few old pieces of furniture that were too bad for the thrift store. - The beds were 2 camp beds pushed together. - The shower did not work properly. - the promised room with cityview was a 2 meter high window where you looked directly against another residential building. That is just pure scam. - the rooms were very noisy. You could literally hear the conversation in the street from the 2nd floor. Really not of this time. - there was also no cleaning, there were still things from the previous guests under the bed, brrrr. - further there was no breakfast. That for a hotel. It turned out that someone was sick so we had to go to another hotel of the chain to have breakfast there. There it was a chicken coop because they now had guests from 2 hotels having breakfast in 1 breakfast room. - After complaining we got another room for 1 night. When we went to get the car for our suitcases, the pass of the outside door was already blocked! Now we had to ring the bell like little kids at the reception that was remote to ask if we could go in to get our suitcases still. - When I angrily said something about this to the manager, she reacted irritated, and I felt far from being welcomed and hospitable. A course in hospitality would be good. - in the new room the shower ran over immediately. When I inspected the shower it still showed dirt from the previous users, which had not been cleaned. Brrrr. We are done here. Not recommended.

I was with my husband and we celebrated the 2nd portion of our honeymoon, a wedding gift from our friends and family. Our check-in was smooth and the staff gave us an upgrade to a junior suite with a note and some deliciouschocolates. It was lovely but not very sound proof from other guests. The room could use a few updates as well but the view was beautiful. The property is gorgeous with the château, sculptures, church, rose garden and natural surroundings. We enjoyed our Saturday night dinner at the grill and the service was very good. There are limited dining options on Sunday evening if you don't wish to leave the property. I had a massage with Maureen and she worked wonders on a troublesome back problem. A true professional. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive with local products as well but very busy. Not a calm environment with large groups and an impolite guest on her phone but we appreciated the quality of the food, options and service team. We enjoyed our stay but felt that for such an incredible setting, there was a certain charm lacking with such a whirlwind of comings and goings. Perhaps a future stay but not during peak season.

Very beautiful and modern rooms. Great TV incl. chromecast so you can watch whatever you want. Entry and exit was very easy and breakfast was also good! Our room was on the side of the airport and it was quiet, at the beginning of the evening you could see a lot of air balloons in the far. We were happy to be surprised to see if you could buy some of the snack at the reception evening, and they sold snacks at about the same price as you should pay in the supermarket for it.

The hotel is very well located and very beautiful. The frame is really top! The staff is at the small care, very laughing and listening. We had booked a superior room with garden view, spacious and well-organised. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. Bij aankomst werden wij heel hartelijk en met de glimlach ontvangen door een heel vriendelijke vrouw. Ze gaf ons uitleg en bracht ons naar onze kamer. De kamer was netjes, ruim, gezellig aangekleed en er was veel lichtinval, waar wij echt van genoten. De indeling van de meubels vonden wij ook superleuk! Het was een super rustgevende kamer met een heel ruimtelijk gevoel. In hotelkamers voelen wij ons soms opgesloten, maar dat was hier absoluut niet het geval! Er was heel veel opbergruimte in ruime kasten, superhandig! De badkamer was volledig in orde met een mooie ruime inloopdouche. Alles werkte perfect! We vonden het wel super jammer dat het zwembad enkel tussen 17u en 19u gratis te gebruiken was. De spa bijboeken was niet meer mogelijk omdat het vol geboekt was. Wij hadden ENORM uitgekeken naar een gezellige relaxerende “avondzwembeurt”. Bij het boeken via deze app van Trip hadden wij nergens gezien dat het zwembad niet continu vrij te gebruiken was. Ook is het voor ons te duur om dat er nog bij te boeken helaas. Het ontbijt was voor ons wat minder. Er waren een aantal dingen die we niet zo aangenaam vonden, vb niet alle vaat was proper, 1 van de potjes van het dessertenbuffet was blijkbaar gebroken, enkele mini eclairs in de frigo waren “geschonden” en dat zag er niet zo smakelijk uit, de granola-torens waren nogal leeg… De zaal waarin het ontbijt plaats vond, vonden wij wel super!! Het is een beleving op zich! Wij waanden ons in een heel andere wereld. Dat geldt ook voor het hele gebouw, de gangen, de tuin,… De tuin is sprookjesachtig. Als wij niet zo snel weg moesten, hadden wij daar graag wat tijd doorgebracht. Een superleuk ingerichte woning en tuin, super rustgevend, de gangen zijn ook heel mooi ingericht, het verzet echt je gedachten op een positieve manier en wij wilden hier super graag nog langer blijven!! Als wij een groter budget hadden, dan kwamen we hier voor langere periode en boekten we de spa erbij, want voor rust hebben deze eigenaars zeker gezorgd!! Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf hier en raden het aan!

In Heerlen you got several options for a hotel , if you are in need - whenever I can I will go for the Kasteel TerWorm ... been here before , and I think I will be there again ... So arriving before noon is typically not the best at any hotel, no difference here on the topic - the lady at the reception was kind and get me the key and all the forms - but she asked me kindly to wait till my room will be ready - I went for a walk in the garden and surroundings , you have some picks attached to the review. Room was at the ground level in the courtyard building, room 14 - I got - and it was very clean , spacious and with a good size bathroom that had a tub and a shower - depending on what you want. Bed was comfortable - the minibar for free .... breakfast - a nice selection of buffet, eggs, meat , etc ... so everything for everybody. To distance a bit customers you could choose breakfast till 9 or after 9 ... so to split a bit the guests. Outside my room - I had room 14 - there were 2 chairs at a table and a decorative bush in that bush a duck was nesting between the branches - such a nice thing. Overall I had a very good stay - with helpful staff and a very good hotel experience and for sure if I go to Heerlen again , I would choose the same hotel for my stay. I recommend you try it and if you don't like it just blame it on me .....
