Kamer beantwoordt niet aan beschrijving. Geen afgesloten sanitair gedeelte. Bloedheet in de zomer. Geen ingebouwde airco. Niet echt schoon. Armzalig ontbijt met nota bene rauwe eitjes ipv hardgekookt. Geen aanrader.

Stayed here for three nights. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt safe while staying here. It is located right on the Vrijthof — hotel itself is quiet but keep in mind that the Vrijthof itself can be loud at night. Check in was quick and easy. When we arrived to our room, we noticed there were some small ants on the floor by the balcony door. We let reception know about this. We were fine with staying in the room, we just asked if they could spray the room — instead they upgraded us to the large family suite. The staff were very friendly. Our room was not tidied by house keeping during our stay, but we found it to be fine since we were only here for three nights. We would stay here again

Nos tocó en el 3 piso, no hay elevador y es incómodo con las maletas.
La limpieza; desde que llegas las alfombras no se han aspirado en meses, al llegar a la habitación, no es que estén mal las instalaciones, simplemente no le han dado mantenimiento en meses y necesita una limpieza profunda. El desayuno fue agradable la recepcionista Ariana también la mesera y prepara los cafés, súper agradable y dispuesta para atenderte

Triple suite was heerlijk ruim en prachtig uitzicht op het Vrijthof! Helaas wel moeten vragen om extra kacheltje, want slechts 1 kleine radiator en die op de badkamer werkte niet.
