The stay was very inconvenient because it took a lot of time to open the room. Due to the check-in system after checking in, no confirmation email was received, so the room could not be opened. And tried to contact the hotel back, it turned out that the hotel was not interested. There is no elevator either. If you carry a big bag, you will definitely die. The weather is very cold. Luckily, I met a kind guest who helped contact the hotel. Then I was able to enter the room.

The location is in the center of Maastricht. There is a Christmas market in the square next to it during Christmas, and there are many restaurants nearby.
Weekend rates are too expensive at over two hundred euros per night.

The best part of the hotel is it's location. Very close to the bars and restaurants and walkable distance to important landmarks. It self service check in. So you will not find a reception. While you can contact the support to enter the place to complete check in there isn't much information about the check-in process. Need to provide detailed info on this. The room was clean and big and well maintained. The TV is very small and needs activation code and there was no one to help with it. I would not recommend this hotel for the price they charge.

Slecht en vies
Dit is geen 3,5/4 sterren. Her was vies, schimmel en ranzig. Alles gaat digitaal er is geen receptie dus je kan niemand aanspreken. Bij ontbijt deed afzuigkap het niet dus alles stonk naar gebakken spek en brood en croissants waren een dag oud (terwijl er een AH op loop afstand was)

Dit hotel is duidelijk aan een opknapbeurt toe. Overal schimmel, zelfs op de gordijnen. De locatie is top, vlakbij het Vrijthof maar dat is het enige positieve. Geen personeel gezien, het inchecken ging zeer moeizaam via een app en telefonische hulp. Zou dit hotel niet aanraden en weet niet waarop de 4 sterren status op is gebaseerd

Geen personeel gezien, inchecken ging niet eenvoudig. Ik heb 3x moeten bellen voor ik in mijn kamer kon komen. De locatie was top, midden in het centrum. Op eerste gezien een leuke kamer maar de staat was erbarmelijk. Overal schimmel, slecht onderhouden. Absoluut geen 4sterren boutique hotel , eerder een 2 sterren. Zou dit hotel niet aanraden.

De kamer zelf had wat mankementen en een hele kleine tv, verder netjes en schoon!
Plus punten : mooi en authentiek, en erg goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, na genoeg in het centrum! Goed parkeren in de garages nabij.
