The hotel staffs are super sweet and helpful. We‘d booked the family room and turned out very nice with the sleeping arrangements but the shower was a bit strange that as it as very open means no door ans it’s not really suitable for family thou. And the room sound proof is very bad we can hear everything too. location is great and if you don’t mind the noise it’s definitely a good choice.

The booking was made by mistake, a few minutes later I wrote a request to adjust the dates, but the hotel refused. Not a very good way to make money

The price value ratio has a high alternative content. if you expect a modern hotel. The interior is messy. The stairs are not ideal. Breakfast is not really what you expect for that price. People are friendly enough and helpful. For a few days this is possible, but it would not be a location for 1 or more weeks. The location is fine.

Quite pricey for such a hotel room. It was a small room with a bathroom and toilet. Everything in the bathroom is crooked. Towel rack was hanging out of the screws. Shower was dirty, the lime walls could use some paint. The headrest of the bed is broken and the leather was peeling. The bedspread on the bed was grubby. The door handle at the front door was broken. When you walk past it, you have to be careful that your clothes are not damaged. Very expensive for such a room. Breakfast was pricey but it was tasty. Staff is nice. Advantage: you are close to the center of Maastricht
