Samen met mijn moeder 1 nachtje in een heerlijk bed geslapen. De douche is open in de slaapkamer, maar dat vinden wij niet erg om elkaar bloot te zien.
De toilet is wel apart met een deur. Het is schoon en gezellig met oude meubels ingericht. Het ontbijt was ook goed. En ideaal in het centrum nabij het Vrijthof.

The interior is messy. The stairs are not ideal.
Breakfast is not really what you expect for that price.
People are friendly enough and helpful.

The hotel staffs are super sweet and helpful. We‘d booked the family room and turned out very nice with the sleeping arrangements but the shower was a bit strange that as it as very open means no door ans it’s not really suitable for family thou. And the room sound proof is very bad we can hear everything too. location is great and if you don’t mind the noise it’s definitely a good choice.

Quite pricey for such a hotel room.
It was a small room with a bathroom and toilet.
Everything in the bathroom is crooked. Towel rack was hanging out of the screws. Shower was dirty, the lime walls could use some paint. The headrest of the bed is broken and the leather was peeling. The bedspread on the bed was grubby.
The door handle at the front door was broken. When you walk past it, you have to be careful that your clothes are not damaged.
Very expensive for such a room.
Breakfast was pricey but it was tasty.
Staff is nice.
Advantage: you are close to the center of Maastricht

Al onze 3 gereserveerde kamers i.v.m lichamelijke handicaps, waren aan anderen vergeven. Oplossing was sorry U krijgt wel een drankje van ons. Maar de personen konden de trappen niet op !!!! Heb toen zelf aan gasten gevraagd of er iemand wilde ruilen. Té zot voor woorden. Zelf kregen wij een zolderkamer ! Over smaak valt niet te twisten, maar wij moesten op onze knieën een kopje koffie pakken. Het ontbijt was een drama…. één persoon die alles moest regelen. Dat was écht niet te doen en daardoor raakte alles op. Geen bordjes-glazen-kopjes beleg, kortom ravage en rondom beklag over deze situatie. Ze kunnen een vol geboekt hotel ook niet aan I.v.m etenstafel. Kortom… hier tijdens André Rieu NIET BOEKEN. Zeker niet voor de prijs die dan bijna twee keer zoveel is. De t****e ochtend was trouwens nog erger dan de eerste. Toen gingen gasten zonder gegeten te hebben de deur uit.
