I have to say that the service is super good, nothing is impossible but unexpected. The attentive housekeeper never failed to show concern and greetings. Due to seasonal reasons, the hotel canceled some bookings and upgraded the hotel for free. I have to say that everything is to better serve customers. The room is clean and comfortable. All in all, it is good value for money and highly recommended.

Used VIP to book the resort, super happy with their management of the booking. Had some initial hiccups with flight transfer cancellation/reschedule for the island, but this can be over looked. The resort did everything in their power to take care of us. Special call out to Afzal at Male airport who took care of us. Upon arrival to the hotel Nawaz greeted us and took us immediately to our room which was ready, because of the transfer delays. From that moment on it was as if we were in paradise. The entire staff at Pullman was there to serve us and was a pleasure to engage with. Special call out to Kamal (our server in Melange) and Sunita and Edna from the SPA. Thank you for making our trip memorable and amazing.
