The location, the hotel is very narrow and does not overlook any view, located in an alley, right in front of a hotel under construction, and it is not ready to be completed quickly. Beautiful direct view of the workers. In addition, to its right 2 other huge hotels under construction.
The room is spacious, but that will be the only positive point. The television does not work, and the staff does nothing to fix the problem because in all the rooms it is the same problem, they do not pay the subscription to have access to the channels.
The breakfast is very very very basic, a limited buffet, nothing exceptional and tasteless.
I stayed only one night, and I decided to change hotels.

The room was very cost-effective and the boss was very nice. We didn't bring enough cash and my husband's visa card had expired. The boss helped us find a way to exchange cash. I was really touched.

Rooms : Rooms were spacious, nice and comfortable. Hospitality : Honestly I should say it was one of the worst I've ever experienced in an international trip. Too much attitude. Doesn't know how to treat guests properly. They literally don't care about the guests or address their concerns (A don't care attitude). The food they served was awful. Even during our checkout time, the guy over there showed too much attitude. Doesn't know how to treat people. We are paying our hard earned money for your services and not availing them for free of cost. To the owner - Teach your staff on how to treat guests properly. This is not our 1st international trip. We've experienced many places and cultures before. This is by far the worst. Train your staffs in a school where they'd learn about guest management. Ruined our candle light dinner as well. Horrible and pathetic service. Appears to be treating guests based on their appearence and the location where they come from. For snorkelling, the diving equipment they gave us was a damaged one. Regarding food, they've asked me if I'm allergic to certain foods or spices. I've told them that I'm allergic to corriander leaves. And after that I've seen plenty of those things on every dish they served to us. Will never book in this hotel, once booked and paid they said they are full. Won’t be able to refund. They are scamming through this hotel. Will not recommend. Staff at reception is very rude. General manager is full of s… T. Tried to meet general manager he said he’s busy only can talk through phone.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, I just wish the owners could show them a bit of respect as I seen them yell at the staff more than once in front of guests. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk a few floors. Food is great, a nice variety on the supper buffet. This hotel also has a snorkelling and fishing trips as part of their offering, these were good family activities.
