當天音樂節，整個馬鞍山的酒店漲價，音樂節結束到酒店，酒店停電中，據瞭解，酒店六點多就停電了。到酒店後很多住宿夥伴情緒都很大，有人打了12345，我一個人手機沒電，也就沒打，跟大家一起。後來酒店看大家情緒安撫不了，答應半小時之內來電，大家當天就免費住宿，房費全退，後來第二天退房，酒店不認，説我因為衹等待了半個多小時沒電的情況，改口説衹退100，堅持要收**錢，我沒要，後來打12345調解，調解無效（聽工作人員語氣，一口一個酒店老闆朱總，我就知道了，都是一家的，我一個女孩子一個人外出，根本拗不過他們（同天有男的入住，他鬧得比較兇，酒店就按當天的承諾，全款退了），而且我也跟12345工作人員説了，那100我根本沒拿，回執短訊上還寫的100已經退給我了，作為參考，人家謹慎入住。
而且酒店的被子上煙味都沒洗掉，我是直接墊了自己外套睡在被子上面的，第二天被對面的人吵吵醒的。
