Visited 26th July for 5 nights. We had a really good holiday. All staff were really polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Really clean and comfortable room and problems within the room were dealt with promptly. Kids entertainment was brilliant. Food was good only thing was needs to have more choice with the kids buffet as it seemed to be the same every night. Good entertainment in bar for the adults. Great leisure facilities and swimming pool. Cannot wait to stay again in future!x.

Have stayed here on several occasions over the last 15 years or so. We visited as a family of 5 and we had a family room with 3 separate bedrooms which was ideal. Check in was straight forward. Our rooms were clean and have been upgraded a bit since we last stayed 4 years ago. Reception were helpful and pleasant. The bar was busy over the 3 nights we stayed and although we didn't sit in the bar, the entertainment sounded decent. Breakfast is your usual and there was plenty of options for everyone. My husband used the gym and spa facilities and he was pleased with the service. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare, especially if you have a big car. There was plenty of space in the underground car park but it can be a bit of a squeeze. Location is good for going for walks or visiting the pier. There are bus stops nearby or if you want to stay local there are a selection of good places to eat.

Never stayed here before.we booked a one night all inclusive stay. All the staff we encountered were all friendly, courteous and polite. Our room was clean, tidy and huge. The bed was comfy and we slept well. The room hiwever was looking tired and dated The all inclusive drinks package is well worth it although their draught beer is terrible, the package doesn't include branded draught beer. The atmosphere is good, one thing that does let it down is the lack of staff clearing and cleaning tables especially on the patio. The package included dinner and breakfast. The restaurant was a let down , it too was looking tired and dated. The food was OK, we both had the carvery that was let down by the gravy. It was like water and didn't complement the meal Breakfast is self service and the selection was fine. We used the pool and jacuzzi which we enjoyed. Overall our stay was OK however getting about the hotel is confusing, Signage needs to be better and a lick of paint and new carpets wouldn't go a miss.

It used to be lovely and I can see gréât with young children but so run down with awful decor which doesn’t help . The staff vary . The breakfast consisted of toast yoghurts cereals and egg bacon sausage tuned beans and tinned tomatoes . Just awful !! No cheeses or meats or fresh tomatoes . It was reasonably clean but paintwork chipped and not to mention cracked tiles . Not many staff and they employ poor workers with little English . They work so hard and expected to !!!!! The reception staff varies with Professionalism . In fact arriving was disappointing as they allowed us to drag suitcases up but then told we weren’t allowed into our room til 3;00 pm carpet is stained and the place looks so tired . We paid £160 per night had a balcony but the room was so basic no air conditioning one toilet roll one shower and one shampoo one soap for two people !!! It’s a budget hotel with no facilities .
