The room looked clean as we entered but on close inspection it needed a deep clean. I'm not keen on plastic table covers on all surfaces even in the dining room. This could be a lovely if more money was spent on fixing repairs, installing a shower in the bathroom as we had problems getting into a low bath and using a push on tap shower head hose. The bed was comfy but bobbly bedding. Car parking available. Breakfast wasn't very continental and cooked breakfast although it was an extra fiver well hard bacon not clever.

Lovely guest house in a very quiet location with possible seaviews. The hosts Dougie & Diane are a lovely, friendly, welcoming couple. The room we stayed in was very clean throughout, with its own en suite shower, toilet and washbasin, a comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. Also included in the room was a TV, Iron & Ironing board. Kettle with complimentary sachets of tea, coffee, milk & sugar. Continental breakfast is included in the price with the option of upgrading to an extra full English breakfast for an extra £5 per person per day, which we took advantage of, and thought it was well worth the cost. We will definitely be visiting again. There is parking on site, but not really an issue if there's no spaces left available as there's plenty of parking spaces on the road close to the property.

Excellent facilities. Professionally run & lovely people. Fantastic value for money. The breakfast is included. Only £5 to upgrade to a full English. I highly recommend. Also very close to the wonderful beach & local shops. Very friendly locals

We were warmly greated by Doug, and he helped us to our room upstairs. The room was clean and fresh and the bed, very comfortable with a memory foam mattress. Plenty of different firmness of pillows to choose your prefered type from. This is a very quiet location and we slept perfectly. The full English breakfast was the best I've had for many years, and at only £5 extra whats not to like? We will return, and look forward to a great stay again. Many thanks, David

Very good b and b
This is a very good bed and breakfast. Bedroom very clean and had fridge and microwave. Bed very comfortable. Only had continental breakfast but there was plenty. Full english available for £5, looked lovely. Will use again
