We really enjoyed our weekend here. We stayed in Room 11 which was well equipped with tea, coffee making facilities, toiletries and a hairdryer. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return.

Another fantastic stay at this amazing hotel, all staff are so friendly and attentive nothing is to much trouble to make our stay so enjoyable from reception to house keeping staff , continental breakfast is buffet style and plenty of variety to choose from , the rooms are clean and comfortable, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to all our family and friends superb!!

Really nice hotel Staff very polite and helpful Rooms was excellent Very clean and quiet. Cross the road and you are on the seafront Parking for about 10 cars but a big car park opposite which is reasonable Continental breakfast was nice,plenty of differnt options although the coffee wasn't to my taste Definitely be back again

Fantastic stay We stayed as a family and booked three rooms, all of which were spacious, modern and clean. The sea view room was stunning. The breakfast was well presented and tasted great and the staff were so helpful and friendly. There was lots to do nearby, and many shops and cafes surrounding the hotel. We will definitely be returning soon.

Room was clean and welcoming. I stayed for 7 days. I must also comment on the staff. They were welcoming and very attentive to any requests. I highly recommend this small inn based on service, location and price.

Lovely stay at this hotel, staff really attentive, nice continental breakfast and nice bar area, hotel in a good area with good access into Lytham and surrounding areas, would definitely stay again when over that way.

I can honestly say that we really enjoyed our stay at the mode hotel st annes, there room was excellent. Staff absolutely brilliant, continental breakfast was great. We enjoyed it that much we have booked again.

The staff were helpful,polite,our rooms were clean & beds comfortable.We had a fan,but others rooms of family did not☹️Continental breakfast was excellent with a great choice.Great location for family triathlon event,they ensured bikes were put in a safe place
